The manager there is bad they don’t treat their employees too well this needs to be looked at specially for firing one of them without even a write up warning for something they weren’t aware of that should’ve been a write up warning

I got to chat with the manager of this location recently and let me tell you she absolutely wonderful! Laura I believe her name is helped me so much with all of my questions and recommending things I didn’t even know I needed/wanted. 10/10

Any petstore will have its share of issues, ie unideal space for the animals, but as far as petsmart/petcos go, this is a pretty good one. I’ve had great experiences with all the staff every time I’ve gone, they’ve all been very friendly and helpful.

Im a brand representative for blue buffalo and wanted to treat my dog to a few thing from blue buffalo, I had a very enjoyable experience in store at petco.

Some people like Connor are exceptional. Connor is knowledgable, helpful and has a fabulous positive attitute. He has helped me and my sons many times and is the reason we go to that store.
Today on Wednesday at 7:15pm, however, I had a terrible experience with Mark. All three people at the store did not understand how to do a return for a new, unused item listed as "Return value 28.49". My receipt had the item I was trying to return plus a credit for a prior return. Mark, Laura and Conor (one N, different person) tried to refund me $8 or $13 instead of the $30 ($28.49 plus tax) owed to me. Basically, they wanted to nullify my prior return and rip me off.
Fortunately, the cashier machine did the transaction correctly.
Mark and Laura lacked an understanding of a charge for a purchase vs a credit for a refund - addition and subtraction. How can you run a store if you can't understand this basic concept? I decided not to buy the item I went into the store for. Petco - you lost a customer tonight. Please train your personnel OR screen who you hire more carefully. Mark has no business being a manager and interacting with customers.

It's very unfortunate how bad of an experience I had and how ticket shocked I was. The extra fees are insane, If you're thinking about getting your dogs groomed here please don't please save yourself the money and the time. The haircuts my dogs got were either really bad or it looked like they didnt even get a hair cut. So let down with the grooming, I was expecting better.

I went here to buy some goldfish because i unfortunately had my fish die the same week i unfortunately had a miscarriage. Ashley helped us pick out a goldfish, while helping us she did nothing but judge us and act as if we were unfit making the entire transaction extremely uncomfortable. You don’t know what people are dealing with and what their home lives are like so don’t be so hateful. Ashley I hope you are ashamed to be such a judgmental and unkind person.

This place always has the most welcoming workers who are extremely friendly with helping you out. The 4 stars is for Petco in general. They usually do not have a lot of food options, even though I have a cat?? Like they had a little amount of treats (tube + bites) and toys for them. They should also sell more water fountains because when I went, there were only 4 options. I feel like as a pet store there should be more… especially for cats. I noticed that they don’t have very many options for special dietary needs like my cat has to go on a diabetic diet, and there were almost no options. I know dietary concern is not a big part of the pet store, it would just be nice to have more options

They went above & beyond for me to get some puppy food. I'm very appreciative. They have some great choices for cat food, too.
