So, the employees are usually nice, but the animals cages are always dirty. The rats are always scratching themselves, and the poor things look like they are about half dead.

I love Petco! They are a little bit overpriced compared to buying stuff on Amazon or what have you but you can’t beat the Customer Service experience. if you sign up for their free rewards program, then you get deals and discounts. In addition to this, if you need to make a return, you can do so without even trying to locate the receipt because they can bring it up on your rewards account. This is very convenient. They have a 30 day return policy, which is also very convenient. They even take bags of food as long as they’re not Consumed or what have you if your dog doesn’t like the brand that you end up picking out. Like I said, great customer service and friendly, happy and knowledgeable store employees make this location a stand out.

I went to buy a Hamster and the girls were very bad and they also didn't want to sell me anything and I was also going to buy a cage for my Hamster and they told me it was very small I didn't like how they treated me

Petco, where the pets go. The staff is always friendly. You can tell they are overworked and underpaid but they still smile. Thank you for letting your joy outweigh your drudgery.
I would feel better shopping with a company like this if they paid a living wage. Profit over people is the nature of our society.

The staff was very knowledgeable about fish and helped me understand what size was too big or too small for my fish tank. We now have 2 fish in our classroom and the kids love them! Our one fish has been named baby daddy shark, which I just love. Thank you! Now I have to come back for that jumbo goldfish and the bearded dragon one day! So cute!

Jasmin will absolutely hurt your dog. Do not book grooming here! My dog has not been the same and she cut here multiple times! Literally, my dog was covered in cuts from her, and it is clear she hates her job… you do NOT want to leave your animals here in their care, because they will abuse it. I hate that this happened and I’m trying to warn others. DO NOT USE GROOMING HERE!

I went to buy some fish and they didn't sell me anything according to them because my fish tank was 20 gallons and they needed a 30 gallon one without asking me how much money I wanted, only VAT for 2 for my daughter, the worst place I've ever been to

Terrible grooming experience. Took 4 hours for a bath and was charged for services I did not receive. Unprofessional staff. You get what you pay for, go to a nicer groomer in town

Went in last week asked the worker Roxy, for help she was very rude very unprofessional she couldn’t even escort me to the right department for actual help. Petco needs to get better workers that actually wanna help and not have an attitude on helping lost customers in the store. This is at the Hancock location
