“They have me hooked! Several friends has mentioned this place as a local business with great sustainable pet food options so I finally decided to check it out when looking for a new dog food. Ample parking as it's in a strip mall, the space is big and they have tons of great brands for food, toys, and other pet supplies. The staff is really what made it. They were super helpful in deciding on a dry food to try but that will get my pup enough nutrients and helped calculate how many cups of food is in the bag I went with to see what avg cost would be. Overall fabulous experience and can't wait to come back. PLUS they deliver free if you order before 3! Simply amazing”

“My pup Charlie and I love Zoom Room! We recently graduated from their Basic Obedience courses and also began the Fun at the Jump agility courses. These classes are super beneficial for my easily distracted pupper, so she can become more comfortable listening in her group classes and maintaining her focus. “Don’t be wary of the Petco label. They purchased a beloved local vet clinic named Abraham Veterinary Clinic with Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan is the most caring, warm, and direct vet I have ever had. She offers really helpful information so you can feel empowered to make informed decisions about your own pets’ health. The administrators here are also so wonderful and patient. I had had issues with the past staff here— they were often disorganized and did not communicate well, which was frustrating and made me feel like I was completely alone. But I finally feel like I have support in caring for my dog.”
“My cat LaLa and I highly recommend groomer Michelle. Michelle is always loving and skillful at trimming and uses a router/grinder to finish LaLa's nails. LaLa never complains or fusses. Amazing. Best yet is it cost only $13 so I always give a tip. Meow!”

“LETS RAISE THE WOOF! While getting ready for the holiday, my mom's dog needed a hair cut. He looked very shabby. You can see below I posted before and after pictures of his hair cut. The services provided here are great. All of the people we came into contact with are lovely and have a wonderful bedside manner. They ask about how you want your pup to look and any other service you may or may not need provided. Ear cleaning, nails cut etc. I came inside the shop yesterday since I needed to grab some toys and treats for our fur baby. Luckily, Woof Gang is a very easy walk from where my mother lives. The shop itself is adorable. From a very modern looking exterior with very neat and cute signage. Inside is even cuter. With bubblegum pink walls and all sorts of toys, treats and biscuits you are for sure going to find something for your fur babies inside. All of the cookies and cakes are made in house and have the cutest sayings on them. I went a little wild inside getting my pup some amazing treats, toys and things for Christmas. He is a member of the family too and I was so happy to be able to find him all the toys and things he will love for years to come. Pro tip: if you pay in cash at this shop you will receive 10% off your purchases. This is a great incentive to provide. As not too many people carry/use cash anymore these days but for those that do, you will receive a discount.”
“How many pet stores are ever featured on a local tourist information center's website? I wouldn't be surprised if no other pet store in the country is also considered a tourist destination. Tomlinson's is a local pet shop specializing in pet products with integrity. The original Tomlinson's was the first locally owned pet store in Austin. Th Burnet Rd store has many things you aren't likely to find at the pet supermarkets. They have private rooms full of supplies where you can wash and dry your dog. They have an engraving station where you can make tags for your pet. And, they have caring, attentive staff. Right now, they are matching every pet food purchase with a food donation to our local pet shelters. And if you go in the playroom you can help socialize local kitties looking for their forever homes. Going to Tomlinson's reminds you that you love animals in a city of people who love animals too.”
“I just moved to Austin and was referred to this place by a few friends for grooming. My dog is shy and gets scared around new places/people so I was nervous dropping her off. They ended up taking amazing care of her and she left wagging her tail. She looked fluffier than ever, smelled amazing, and had exactly the cut I asked for. We’ll definitely be back!”
“We have had such great experiences at Aqua Dome! Their staff are all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! They’ve been such a wonderful asset to us as we’ve set up a small 10 gallon with fish, and a 2.5 gallon with shrimp! They have great prices and happy and healthier tanks than any of the big box stores in the area. It’s also just a unique place to visit!”

“This groomer was a lifesaver. I had always taken my pup to Petsmart, but when I took her for her appt they shaved down the center of her back and then told me they were uncomfortable to finish the job because of her age. I called Plush Pad an hour before their closing time and they took mercy on me and took care of her. They were so gentle and kind. This turned out to be her last grooming, as we had to say goodbye a month later. So thankful for this groomer and their love for animals. Highly recommend!”

My dog Oliver also has a sensitive stomach but the treats/baked goods purchased here do not bother him! We came in today to buy him a birthday cake and we received a free treat for his birthday as well on the house! Would highly recommend”
“I usually try to adopt from shelters but if you're not able to this store is also a good option. Their rabbits look healthy and the employee was interacting with them a lot to make sure they get socialized. Everyone there clearly cares for the animals and goes out of their way to make sure you're educated on proper care. They also have a great selection of supplies and this is one of the few in-person stores I can find proper rabbit food at in Austin. The facility itself is also very clean and well kept !”
“Oh my, I will never take my dog anywhere else - she is always so well treated here! Charlie just gave my little girl a groom and it is by far the best groom she has ever had! I’ve had great experiences each time I’ve been (I’ve been coming since last summer), but they really outdid themselves this time. “We took our two large dogs here to use the dog wash for the first time and had a great experience. Washes are $15 or you can get a punch card that includes 5 washes for $35. The wash basins were plenty large enough for our 80 lb golden doodle and 70 lb husky lab mix. Sprayers and dryer worked great, stocked with several different shampoos and finishing sprays, and the high velocity dryers made it quick and easy to dry our dogs. The staff was also very friendly and restocked towels for us while we were washing. Definitely make this chore much easier and more convenient for us!”
