Not only with the affordable prices and friendly staffs, both of the doctor and nurse are really professional and patient. I can tell that they truly care about our furry babies. Since I take my kitty for the first annual wellness here, I never switched to any other vet clinic for years :)

I just got back from taking my son's pet Mika to the clinic. She is a bassett hound and I was totally displeased with DVM Maconnen . I took Mika cause she has been scratching like crazy when she never did, she is lethargic, threw up a lot of blood . So when I see him he asks what's been going on and I tell him. Did she eat any rat poison. No. He tells me that it must be something she ate. I don't think so. Asks me if I want to take an x-ray. Your the vet you tell me. I told him to take an x-ray. He showed me the x-ray and says that there are no bones or anything else in her stomach except a bunch of diarrhea in the intestine s. He then tells me that she must of ate cause there is a mass by her mouth. And says nothing more except that " let's try some antibiotics and she what that does
He gave her an antibiotic shot and a shot to make her hungry and thirsty. Sent us home with some pills. I was very displeased because for the money that I was charged all we got out of the visit was 14 antibiotic pills.I wished the vet had been more concerned abd caring. Which he wasn't. My poor Mika is still the same. I will give him the benefit of the doubt , but when all is said and done everything will still be the same unless I take her to another vet , but I live on a fixed income and I can afford another visit until I get my retirement check. It's sad.

Best vet ever. Low prices just to take care of your pet. If you need a walk in call and schedule. I support this vet with all my pets. If you don’t have a appointment they can get you in the same day.

Very disappointed with this location. The receptionist and vets assistant were nice however the vet that saw me and my puppy was sooo rude. She talks down to you like your a child and don’t know anything, forgetting that i’m paying out of pocket to be there. It’s like she never worked in customer service before and doesn’t know how to treat people. I’m also very disappointed that to check my pet they had to bring him a to a back room where I couldn’t go. I didn’t want my pet out of my site at all ever. No reason she couldn’t look at him in front me. I will not come back here and i do not recommend this place.

Unkind "vet" and disrespectful, unwilling to share diagnosis of my miniature pup who needed urgent care to my parents who are disabled. Vet was angry over inquiry on military discount. Overall, unprofessional and unwilling to share diagnosis and treatment. Concerned this office does not conduct work charged.

My dog was sick for over years with intermittent diarrhea and vomiting and eventually lost appetite and weight. Other vets diagnosed him with IBS or Chrons desease, one vet told me it was cancer. One day I decided I needed to find answers and I asked dr Hogan to please find out what was going on with him. She quickly came with ideas on what tests to do and with the results she would figure out what possible deseases he could have. She finally found out he had a rare parasite in his intestines and liver and after treating him, he is back to normal! Gained weight, he is eating everything and not having any more diarrhea or vomiting. Me and my dog Zen are so thankful to Dr Hogan, thank you for bringing my baby back to health and taking the time and effort to work with us! Dr Hogan is absolutely amazing, not only she is very knowledgable, but she also exudes passion and love for taking care of people's pets. I will forever be grateful to her!

the only nice one is the gentlemen in the front, the other front desk ladies are pretty rude, the guy doctor manhandled my cat, and they kinda sucked at communicating instructions on how to give the medicine to my cat. I know I can read them on the bottle, but they just checked her, gave me pills, and said bye. Other vets will go in detail with you, will even help you give them the medicine so you can see how to give it. Idk, I was expecting really nice helpful people like the reviews said. Pretty let down.
