They had my OTR Volvo unit from 12/23/23 thru 1/19/24. It was brought in for a simple PM. They claimed it needed a sensor for the DEF system. When I FINALLY got it back, the APU and the inverter were inoperable. These folks suck badly- or at least for someone who's OTR.

We had an appointment right at their opening time. We got in quick and finished the process swiftly! We saved hundreds of dollars over the competitors, and we also got an upgrade towards the car trailer for free! That's why we use Penske!

If I could give a company 10 stars I would. Their customer service is leaps and bounds better than PODS, Uhaul and other rental car companies.I rented a one-way truck from St. Louis to Austin. Halfway through my summer trip my A/C went out in the new truck. Pam, from their roadside assistance team was a gem. She was attentive, helpful, quick to respond and I felt like she genuinely cared about trying to make my situation better. Pam arranged for me to take the truck to the closest Love's gas station with a reasonable wait time....once at the Love's she followed up promptly within the expected wait time window to confirm we had been seen. After the mechanic told us they couldn't fix the problem that night, we agreed to continue the drive through the night to reach our destination. Later when I returned the truck, the onsite customer service team took great care of us and right away did much more than expected to compensate us for the troubles.I will forever rent from Penske in the future.

I needed a truck short notice, and the online app would not let me book a truck. So I called customer service, and the young lady (Dawn) was instrumental in helping me get this rental. It was easy to pick up, and I was able to return it to another location from where I picked it up. Making it a win-win. Great customer service.

Made a reservation here weeks in advance for our cross country move. Showed up on time to pick it up and after 30 minutes of waiting we are told they don’t have a truck for us. They had another one available but wouldn’t give it to us because it was reserved for a customer who was supposed to pick it up at the same time as us but was no where to be found and said they would be an hour late. What kind of business model is this??!? WE BOOKED A VAN. WE WERE HERE ON TIME, THE OTHER CUSTOMER WAS NOT. WHY NOT GIVE US THE VAN WE RESERVED?!?! Beyond ridiculous. Get it together Penske. And Chris Granja, Management Trainee— you need more training.

Give my man Chris who was working solo Saturday morning (5/6/23) a RAISE! He was patient and kind despite getting bombarded with phone calls all morning. He did everything he could to make sure I got a last minute truck (cause u-haul dropped the ball) and did it all with composure and assurance.My truck was clean and ran great, and was super affordable! Penske gained a long term customer today cause of Chris!

Got a call at 5pm that my truck would not be available for 8am the next morning. They said it got banged up by the previous driver, not their fault whatever. Only other option was a smaller truck, on the other side of town. I have no options at this point because I am moving homes the next day, he offers a 20% discount and assures me the rate will be lower for the smaller truck.I get the quote and it’s 2$ cheaper with a 15% discount, felt disrespectful after my flexibility on the mistakes made. I tried to get them to correct it with no response. Luckily Uhaul had availability for a larger truck, that ended up costing me 100$ less than my original quote.Good customer service and being easy to work with on the phone only works if you actually deliver on what you promise sorry.

Cole took outstanding care of my needs. He recognized I was from out of state and on a tight schedule. He made sure I got my desired rental as promised. He even helped me straighten out the mess the Georgetown Home Depot created. Thanks Cole excellent service!

I have never tried Penske before, only U-Haul. NEVER again! What a complete trainwreck dumpster fire from hell! I will die first before I use these clowns again.These guys are disgusting pieces of trash. Do NOT ever rent a Penske truck for your move.ZERO accountability, ethics or morals. A bunch of lying dirtbag crooks!I'm looking at you district manager Amor in Austin! With your full voicemail box. The one who thinks she doesn't need to talk to customers. It literally is your JOB. You are a complete failure and you suck at your job.Renting from them became one of those horrible life choices that will haunt me for years to come.

I dropped off my rental here a few weeks ago and had a terrible customer experience. The manager or shift lead, whatever his title is, was extremely overbearing. He seemed to be on a power trip and was domineering to customers and to the other employees, while tending to their questions. His tone was stern but his body language was aggressive. Some of the employees showed fear/hesitation in their body language when engaging him. I am not sure if this is his normal behavior, regardless it was unprofessional. I will be considering this experience in the future when choosing a rental truck.
