PSR was the first venue I looked at online, and I immediately knew it was special. It hit all the marks for what I needed: beautiful outdoor spaces, both indoor/outdoor options, can accommodate a large wedding size, great bad-weather options, and (the best) drink donkeys! Most importantly for me, it was a peaceful and gorgeous blank slate for me to add all the unique flares and vendors I envisioned.Brittany was my coordinator and she was awesome! Super responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond both in the planning process and during the actual event.Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful, inviting, and comfortable the venue was. My favorite comment I heard was “It just feels so good here, I don’t want to leave!”There were the cutest/coolest sophisticated and ranchy spots both in the outdoor spaces and indoor spaces that our guests loved hanging out at and snapping photos at. We had a great time taking photos in the natural grasses but enjoyed the manicured ceremony site.PSR knows what they’re doing and they know the business. I was able to have the wedding of my dreams!!! Thanks Brittany and PSR!!!

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & UNORGANIZED !!!! Not only did we waist 35 minutes driving to the venue but to also come find out that Lindsey (the lady that was supposed to give us a tour) wasn’t even there and wasn’t picking up phone calls even tho she told us what time and day to be there, we got yelled at by another lady that worked there because they were setting up for a wedding that day & that we shouldn’t be doing tours (like if we were supposed to know) Also as we were heading out another couple walked in with the same time to tour with Lindsey and that couple got yelled at too. Lindsey be double booking people for tours and doesn’t even show up nor pick up calls.

Awful! Very unorganized! We scheduled a tour today with Lindsey, she confirmed again this morning, we drove over 40min and when we arrive she doesn’t answer our texts or call. Not surprising, there was another couple booked at the same time telling us they too were booked at 10:30am and they too were being ignored. She finally responds, does not apologize, instead asks if we are free some other time. Disgusting and glad to know how they do business before committing to this place!! Would not recommend!!!

We were double booked. We confirmed the morning of and put us in an awkward position with the wedding party. Did not bother to explain, apologize, and just tried to reschedule us. I will not be rescheduling and glad I dodged one with this unorganized place.

Pecan Springs Ranch is a hidden garden oasis tucked away in the quiet countryside, yet only minutes from Austin and super convenient. The venue and amenities are absolutely fantastic. As a fellow event vendor, I enjoyed delivering here because it is so well thought out and easy for all the event vendors to unload and set up. And the owners are super nice with a great staff as well! And they have adorable burrows. Enough said! ?

Amazing venue!!! Grounds are maticulously maintained. Mutliple outdoor ceremony sites amoung huge pecan trees and creek. Stunning venue. Staff is very helpful throughout the booking process.

Great venue for getting married. Covered out door just encase it rains plus an indoor room for dinning! Just attended a wedding this week. The place is top notch.

Me and my husband got married at PSR in May 2023 and we absolutely loved the venue overall. The entire property is absolutely stunning and has a romantic, magical, and enchanted feel to it no matter where you are on the property. The venue Manager Brittany made things so easy for us and helped us incorporate everything we wanted to use on our special day. They're very flexible and always do their very best to make sure your event is exactly the way you envisioned it! I absolutely recommend Pecan Springs Ranch to anyone who's looking for an incredible venue!!

I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience working with Pecan Springs Ranch was. The venue is gorgeous and offers so many different locations to have pictures taken throughout the night to give you tons of variety. They had multiple ceremony site locations and when we wanted to do something a little different they were happy to work with us and get everything just right. The grounds are immaculately kept and everything was in bloom for our April wedding, adding even more color. They were prompt with communication and very straight forward on the terms of the contract. Their preferred vendor list helped us to find many of the vendors we ended up working with which was super helpful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend this venue if you are hoping to have an outdoor ceremony with a beautiful indoor reception space. The bridal cottage was also the perfect place to get ready making wedding day even easier as we were already on location for hair & make-up!!
