This is an awesome pet shop! Especially if you're not exactly sure what you need. Their staff is incredibly helpful. My dog was chewing her paws, they recommended an iodine solution. A couple cleanings with that and the issue was fixed. Thanks Paws!

This is the best pet shop I've ever been to, and I'm only sorry that I don't live closer to it so I could go more often.
The owner gave me a free sample of treats at a market last year. My dog is extremely picky, and yet she loved these treats more than anything, and I felt sorry that I hadn't actually bought more so I could properly support the business. Then I happened to be in the neighborhood and I got to go shopping! My dog has bad teeth, and the dental water additive and gel that I got here was the first time that I actually noticed an immediate change to her breath and dental health. Her front teeth look close to white now!! Some tartar buildup even chipped away!
You can tell how much the owner and staff care about animals and how much attention and care is put into the products they choose to sell. There's so much passion and love here. Every single product I've bought from them (treats, dental water additive, dental gel, and some free samples of kibble) have all been hits. I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone with a fuzzy friend.

Fantastic store with helpful employees. Love the dog bath rooms. Feels nice to leave what looks like a murder scene of dog hair and they just take care of it afterwards. They also have a buy 6 bags of dog food and get one free. That's a huge savings.

Literally the only place we buy our dogs food, toys, treats. This is the best local pet store in Austin. We love coming here and the owner is fantastic!!!!

I’ve been shopping at Paws for years and I’m always so grateful for their knowledge of the products they sell. My dogs were having digestion issues and one of the employees chatted with me for 20 minutes and recommended so many great options. Their digestion has completely improved with the products. The loyalty program also saves us money!

I love Paws on Chicon!! They have the best customer service. Very educated on pet nutrition, only sell high quality products, and help with anything you need! I also love their wash stations for quick and easy baths. I go out of my way to buy food here because I love it so much!
