The staff are so knowledgeable and so kind every time. I found them when I was looking for a birthday cake for my dog and now they have become my go to spot for all of my cat and dog supplies. They also have a great rewards program and prices are fair.

I just used the dog bath and my GOSH, I cannot recommend this place more! I have an 18 month old, standard size goldendoodle, and bath time is ALWAYS a challenge. Thanks to the set up at Paws on Chicon, my dog and I were able to get through a bath stress free. Now I don’t have to worry about all the towels, the water all over me and the bathroom, and hunching over for 40 min. I will be coming back time and again, and next time I’ll make sure to get a doggy soft serve for my pup! Don’t hesitate, try it out it will be worth it!

Keith and the staff at Paws on Chicon are simply amazing. We have been getting all of our dog’s supplies here since they opened years ago and our family couldn’t be happier. Keith is an incredible owner and has such a positive impact in our community also!
To those who gave a one star review solely because there is a pride flag displayed out front, just know, our entire community supports Keith and his business. There’s no room for your hate and ignorance, so good riddance. Bye!?.

Back at this pet store for the second time. I was on looking for a birthday cake for my Great Dane Sadie, and she absolutely loved it! I can't recommend this store enough - they offer a wide range of products to cater to your furry friend's needs. I'll definitely be back again in the future!

The workers are consistently so lovely. The owner was in there the last time and is frequently on site to answer questions and make recommendations. My baby has allergies and I’m always able to get fun novel protein treats for her that don’t make her sick.
