Customer service depends on which one you get Is super nice other wise you feel
Problem isn't resolved. I ordered My parts october 13th and it's 24th and it's still not here they calm they ship fast but I'm not convinced. I will not order again from them.

I was a customer for years and was always happy. Their service has gone down the toilet.
Two separate orders were 'lost' by the incredibly slow and awful shipping. I waited for a month for each order.
I'm done with parts tree. Figure out your shipping, or I won't be the last customer you lose.

FAST PREDICTABLE RELIABLE save time...
Mowing lawns commercially for 30 years. Buy O.E.M parts from Parts tree. Don't buy from amazon, or eBay, those tempting cheap prices will really mess you up, cheap products will compromise your job, compromise your repair, or fail completely on whatever you are trying to do. I tried, and I tried, to find and buy cheaper products/parts for my fleet, none of it worked. Carburetors, fuel line, fuel tanks, etc. All failed. Buy the good stuff. Use their website for your order, it works really well, fast, and their prices are just as good as your local dealership. They can get almost any part you need, even if obsolete.

Buy O.E.M from parts tree, it matters in the end, it really does. Get the good parts, order the right parts. Parts tree is very cool.

I found it online. I was hesitant to order some parts for the grass cutting machine. Anyway, I did it and those pieces arrived super fast. The packaging was somewhat opened but it didn't go in the mail. I wrote to them and they will send me what was missing. Your very professional communications. And that's how it should be to attract customers. You can count on me for future orders

Order 4 nuts 4 bolts and 4 lock washers grand total $51:09 highway robbery. Never again will I use this company. I could have got the same thing at another place like Ace Hardware for probably no more than 10 bucks.

I ordered an Echo limiter cap removal tool to replace one I misplaced, which is needed to adjust the carb high speed needle on many of the Echo 2-stroke products. Three days later I get a call stating they can't sell me the tool because I'm not a "Tech". Why they assumed I wasn't a tech is beyond me. I've been working on small engines for over 50 years. My advice to Part's Tree is to not make assumptions about customers, as sooner or later they may run out of people wanting to do business with them.

Could not be more aggravated with the time it has taken to get my parts. I also ship parts across the country, and use the USPS with no delivery times past 3 days, it took 2 days for my package to leave their facility and 4 days later it still hasn’t arrived. Buy elsewhere

So far bad experience, shipped wrong part and so far no one is taking responsibility to resolve professionally. So much for “Shipping Right part fast”. Sent photos of wrong item now twice and still not acknowledging if getting right part. Not good customer service experience. Poor label blamed on UPS, replacement part promised, will see. Replacement part arrived and is correct.
