No one ever answers the phone, forcing you to leave a message that they MIGHT respond to. They make only one attempt to reach you, and if they miss you they leave a message and the whole merry-go-round starts again because they never answer when you call. If a business makes it impossible for me to call them, they need to call me repeatedly until they reach me. A few years ago ParkCrest also charged me about $500 for sending me equipment that I never ordered. I managed to reach a human ONE time, explained the situation, and was told I'd get a call back which of course never happened. I called and left multiple messages over a few months and received no response, but what I did receive was a notice from a debt collection agency!! ParkCrest really seems not to care about customers even a little.

I have been getting my CPAP supplies from Parkcrest Medical since 2017 (so 7 years now). They have ALWAYS been helpful: they are very familiar with the CPAP machines and equipment, they can always explain what is covered by my insurance and how often (CPAP supplies have difference coverages - filters & nasal pillows every month; tubing every 3 months, etc...) so they keep me on track with what I need to order and when if I forget or have lapsed in keeping my own records up to date. When I wanted to get a travel CPAP, they were excellent at showing me the options and immediately got me the model I selected. I started out working with Erica and then have been working with Jen for several years now. They have always been so professional and kind. Anytime I need anything, I email or call Jen and she responds immediately and also can usually have my order ready for pickup by next day; sometimes same day. If I order something that is out of stock, she gives me an availability estimate and contacts me when it arrives (that has not happened often but Jen stays on top of it until I get what I need). They do a good job filing with my insurance and answering any questions I may have on any statements I get. I am very thankful for Jen and the rest of the staff at Parkcrest Medical Supply.

Before COVID the ladies that worked in this office were so nice. They helped you with all your questions and made sure you were taken care of. Now this current staff don't smile nor answer any questions you have. Moving on is the best decision I have made!

This place has gone downhill significantly over the years. When I first started going here the team was responsive, engaging and friendly. Now when I call I can never speak to an actual human and when I leave a message no one returns my call. I want to support local businesses, but you should consider skipping this one.

The billing is terrible, first it takes them a year to file with insurance then the price they bill the insurance is at least 20 times what the equipment actually costs which then results in the patient left paying a high bill. On top of that they charge you for equipment you didn’t receive in hopes that after more than a year you will forget what was actually sent to you then when you call to ask a question they don’t answer or return your call after leaving multiple messages. They however will call you right away if you send them the bill back with a note that you won’t pay it until your questions are answered but they never really answer your question they just tell you the bill is correct. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I will not use them ever again.

This place has gone downhill ever since Erica left. Can't ever get the supply coordinator to answer the phone and then when I'm told something is being shipped to me, it really wasn't, I had to call and ask where my stuff was a week later.....still haven't received a call back.....no urgency whatsoever

The equipment was fine. The staff did not seem expert with the equipment. I kept going back for an ill fitting mask. They exchanged it for the exact one they had given me before. When the leakage problems continued, they called me in several time and adjusted the straps without ever trying anything else. I finally gave up on them.

This place is awesome!! When I went to pick up my machine they had thoughtfully prepared everything and made sure I knew exactly how to use my equipment. It really put my mind at ease because this was all new to me. When I need new supplies I call the office and they send them out the same day, or the next day. Very prompt responses and customer service is out of this world!

Wonderful experience working with Erica. She is helpful and caring and made sure I got the supplies I needed for my CPAP machine. She is super nice and really cares about my needs! Don't hesitate to call and ask for Erica for your supply needs.

My machine died over the weekend and as soon as I called this morning they told me to come in. The young woman was very helpful and I felt like she was genuinely concerned about me being able to sleep! That is how I recognize good customer service- how I am treated when something goes wrong! 5 Stars!

I am thrilled with the service I have received from Parkcrest. Thrilled! I've been a CPAP user for over a decade and I've never particularly liked dealing with medical supply companies. My usual experience is they really aren't listening to what you want, and are going to try to deliver what they can to get maximum insurance billing. I felt that with Parkcrest their first priority was responding to what I wanted. First off, the turnaround on the machine was insane. My doctor wrote the prescription Monday afternoon. I had my new machine Thursday. Every other time I've gotten a machine from a medical supply company it's taken weeks to get it. My appointment was with Jen. I was asking questions about pressure settings and remote access and other details, and she was 100% responsive to my concerns. (Don't worry if you're new to this. I bet she'd do a great job explaining how it all works.) The product I received (Resmed AirSense 10 Auto with AirFit N20 mask) is an excellent, premium product. It's ages advanced over the greater-than-5-year old Respironics I was using. They are dealing with all the insurance stuff, making that easy too. The one caution I have is that if you are paying out-of-pocket and are on a limited budget, you may find them pricey. I recommend Parkcrest if you are looking for top-notch product and top-notch service.
