I recently ordered an arrangement from Parkcrest for a special birthday, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the start, their team was super attentive to the details I wanted, even suggesting a few unique flower combinations that made the arrangement feel extra personal. I worked with Sarah, who took the time to confirm everything over the phone and even sent me a photo before delivery. The flowers arrived fresh and beautifully arranged, and the colors were vibrant, exactly as we discussed. Parkcrest made the entire process easy and enjoyable, and the arrangement was a hit. I’m thrilled to have found a florist who goes above and beyond—I'll definitely be coming back for future events!

I went into detail with a picture from their website about what I wanted. The bouquet was nothing that we discussed. Completely disappointed. It was for my daughter’s UT graduation. The excuse….busy with Mother’s Day. Not ok. Got my money back. That is only upside. Unfortunately I wouldn’t trust them with something important.

What a terrible experience. On Monday April 1st I Google searched local florists to surprise my wife with a bouquet with delivery on Wednesday April 3rd at her place of business as a “Just Because”. The order was placed for about $75 with an approximate $15 deliver fee. At about 1pm on delivery day I called the florist and explained I never received a confirmation or tracking and inquired if the order was delivered, she explained they were very busy with preparation for a wedding and was about to complete my order and that it’d be delivered by 3 to which I replied ok as long as it’s 3pm. At 3:45pm I called the florist back and had to leave a message as I still hadn’t received confirmation of delivery as promised. I requested a refund via voicemail. 10 mins later the florist called me and stated she scheduled the delivery at 245pm and it was in route but suggested the deliverer had made additional stops, she said she had reached to my wife to make sure the delivery at 4pm was ok ruining the surprise as well and then proceeded to tell me they were very busy today, again suggesting it was not her fault and I did not specify early delivery in the notes. She offered a refund sensing my frustration which I declined deciding at that second to make this post. I did make some assumptions that a business would be aware of other business hours of operations and I did assume that a florist would understand a business delivery timing. My biggest frustration was being treated as a hinderance and lack of responsibility for their execution and delivery booking. If you would like to be treated as second rate, your patronage devalued, you’re surprise ruined, and an overall underwhelming experience and product this is the florist for you. Of note I should’ve read additional reviews prior to purchase as tardy deliveries and missed connections seem to be common for this florist.

The sympathy arrangement we ordered for a close friend to be sent to the family looked absolutely horrible and nothing like the picture on the website when ordered, not even the same color scheme. The table top arrangement literally looks like someone mowed a lawn of yellow weeds and threw it in a box. It has created an awkward and embarrassing situation for us and we are mortified. When you hire a florist, you expect them to be artistic and professional and this outfit is neither. Never again.

Ordered an arrangement from out of State, did not have to call. Completed with details and specific types/colors of flowers online. They produced an impressive assortment, full and colorful. Service far above my expectations.Recipient was thrilled.

Very disappointed in this florist. Placed order on Friday 2./10 and was advised it would be delivered on 2/14. I asked if it was too late and was told NO. Paid invoice states that it would be delivered and still no delivery was made. No call back either. I am so disappointed we tried to do something special for our daughter. A big shout out to all the other florists who made someone's day special. UPDATE: I was given a full refund .

Had a wedding consultation with Kelly Schmid and she was amazing in the consultation. I was very excited to use them for my wedding. She told me she would get back to me in a week with a quote. After a week, I heard nothing and followed up via email. After 2 weeks, I called the store and asked for Kelly to call me back with an update. It's now been almost a month and she never followed up with me. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

The arrangement I purchased was delivered near the end of the day and unfortunately my coworker had already left for the day and wfh the following day. When they hadn’t arrived by 3:30, I called to check on the status and got the machine. My call was returned the next day and the florist, Kelly, really wanted to make it right after learning my coworker would not see them until Wednesday. I declined because the arrangement was beautiful and I did not want to hurt their bottom line. She reassured me that the arrangement would last for a week & would still look good on Wednesday. The arrangement included Gerber daisies, the wonderful yet short lasting beauties they are, so it looked wilted & slightly brown. I sent her a pic of what the arrangement looked like when it was finally seen by my coworker. Well, that seemed to not sit well with Kelly, so she surprised me and my coworker with another arrangement today! Thank you so much, Kelly! I really wanted to send my coworker something to celebrate her greatness and Parkcrest made it happen & in a big way. I now have a good, go-to florist, for the first time ever btw. Thank you for helping make my kind, hard-working, and deserving coworker/friend (a healthcare professional) feel celebrated!

I called this morning (last minute) to have an arrangement delivered today, my request was for something pink with Star Gazers. The flowers exceeded my expectations at a very reasonable price. I asked Martha if they could text me a photo before delivery and I was pleasantly surprised. I will use them again in the future.
