Dylan and his team recently remodeled our entire kitchen and 1st floor half bathroom, and we could not be happier with their work. The process was thorough and collaborative from start to finish, and timely! In 4 weeks our new kitchen and half bathroom was ready to host a gathering with friends.

I am thrilled with the fixture installations by Dylan and his team. Leading up to the day of installation, Dylan was responsive, listened to my needs and found great products for the 2 areas where I needed recommendations that were in addition to fixtures selected by my interior designer. He kept me updated every step of the way.
On the day of, he and Geo went above and beyond: for example, a switch in my newly built house that was "dead" was rerouted to one of my dazzling new fixtures! Dylan even called my attention to an issue that he noticed while in my attic with my HVAC and gave practical advice and options on how to handle. One small issue with a microwave light, that I thought, "hey maybe while they have the breaker off I can sneak around them and fix myself"--nope: they didn't blink at completely fixing for me. Also, they cleaned up so well that the only trace left was the stunning lights they installed.
Dylan's work was a game changer in my great room and kitchen: I'm happy, my interior designer is happy, I can't wait to show off their work, which started probably before Dylan pulled out of the driveway: I sent everyone pics. Thank you for everything, team!

I have employed Papasan Home Services on several occasions: each 'job' was professionally done in a timely manner by a personable 'handyman'. The most recent job involved hanging curtain rods/curtains over three separate banks of windows. Gio was great at helping me to problem solve in finalizing the measurements, holding up the curtains so I could visualize prior to installing brackets, and expertly installing the rods and fitting the curtains. I was also impressed that he took all of the 'trash' (empty boxes, plastic packing, etc.) with him. I have no concerns about recommending this company.

Dylan, Gio and the rest of the Papasan Home Services did an amazing job upgrading our house. They are very professional, kept me informed about the progress of the work, so I didn’t have to chase them daily, and we have a high quality finished product completed on time. As a civil engineer myself, I’m picky about details when it comes to house repairs. They performed multiple tasks including painting the house, grout cleaning, outdoor repairs, painting of kitchen and bathroom cabinets etc. I’m very happy about the results. They also worked very clean. They treated my house as if their own and left the house tidy after each work day, and very clean when they finished the job. I will definitely reach out to them for any upgrade/repair projects in the future and highly recommend them.

Dylan and his team from Papasan are wizards at turning ugly, old houses into modern, new homes. He is creative in finding the right products to fit anyone’s budget without sacrificing style and amazing looks. The work they did on my old house was nothing short of magic, and they did it in half the time other contractors quoted. I highly recommend Papasan for any renovations you need. You will not be sorry!

Absolutely worth your time and money to give them a call. I work with Dylan on a regular basis for a ton of different properties and he is 100% my favorite. Has never missed a deadline, never misquoted me, and always does a great job. I know I can trust things will go smoothly and stay on budget when I call Papasan Home Services.

Papasan exceeded expectations with the job they did for me. Dylan, Steve and Raphael were incredible. They fixed 2 columns on my front porch that were rotting. They replaced wood and painted the columns. I am so pleased.

We first started with a repair to the bathroom at our rental property - his prices was more the competitive and they are very quick to get small project repairs done that others might put off.Since then, we have been working with Papassan to do various tasks around our new house that were left unfinished by our original builder. They were able to get creative to fix issues that have been plaguing us for a solution for months! They were flexible with adding things as there are always new items to add once you get started. We also had some custom pull shelves installed that are a lifesaver for our very deep cabinets - pricing was very competitive and I was able to get exactly what I wanted not choose from stock options that didn't match the cabinets. They also used some leftover wood that we had to really finish out the unfinished space in our kitchen. It was such a refreshing experience to get input into the finished project instead of being rushed through.
