Thank you Hannah for your impeccable customer service! You were more than accommodating thru our buying process and had answers to our questions almost real time. Your knowledge of your product lines made it easy to narrow down the model that fit our needs and you walked us thru the various upgrade options seamlessly. We really appreciate it and I know we were not always the easiest customers with our laundry list of never ending questions. Also thank you to James the GM and Becky our closing agent, again our interactions were amazing and your customer service was impeccable. We also owe you a HUGE thank you for putting us in touch with Mike Tabb for our site prep, water well, septic, covered porches, skirting, etc, etc. He has been great to work with and does fantastic work! Finally, Unlimited Construction for the actual moving has been very quick to respond and came up with creative solutions to get the new home on our ranch thru some tight quarters. The entire experience has far exceeded our expectations and the fluid communications between Palm Harbor Round Rock, their factory contact, the delivery folks and the site prep and infrastructure needs has been wonderful. Keep doing what you are doing and know how much we appreciate our new home! Finally, icing on the cake was the nice, thoughtful gift basket at our closing. It was had very thoughfully selected items that are userful and nice for our new home.

From our very first contact with Shawn, he treated us like old friends or family. We told him what we were looking for and he listened. He took us into the exact home we were hoping for. He answered every question we had and, showed us samples of the flooring. We could not have had an easier or better experience. We would give him 1000 stars if we could. He even helped us with the dreaded financing options and stuck with us throughout the entire thing. There is a store closer but if we had it to do over again, we would still go to Shawn. He left no questions unanswered. If we just dropped in unscheduled to walk through the home again, he would come out to say hello and see if there was anything we needed. This was absolutely the best home buying experience. We even got every option we wanted! Thank you for everything Shawn!!!

Just wanted to give kudos to Hannah Brunk. She explains everything to make it easy to understand and without any pressure sales tactics. She takes the time to make sure all options are considered and all questions are answered, even some questions I didn’t even know I had! Been dealing with them for over a year. We were waiting on the permit for a septic that they filed when we started and paid down payment for that. For Travis they said it a 9 month to 12 month wait. Then after they said it was being processed and had us come in to pick colors and the layout and finalize everything. They had us at the signing and tell us they were going to put the house on the spot but we still don't have the permit but once they place the house we would start paying on it, but couldn't love in til we had the permit. We stop the sighing and started asking questions about the septic that has had us on hold. We get told they haven't filed for it. We were livid been preparing for a over a year to be told we actually didn't file for the thing holding us up. So we stopped asked for our money back cause we put down $20,000. They didn't argue and pretty quickly gave it back it seemed like they knew they screwed us over. They just want your money and may notfollow threw with what they are saying. So if you deal with these people stay on them and have proof of every thing getting done if they can't provide something just pull out of the deal and go somewhere else

**Avoid This Company**
While Hannah was excellent as our salesperson, the experience quickly declined after that. Communication has been poor; we only receive updates if we initiate contact. Our home has been stalled for four months waiting for tape, texture, and trim work. We haven't been given any timelines for when work will resume or when we might be able to move in. Save yourself the stress and consider other companies.

Hannah has been nothing but amazing during our whole experience with getting approved for a home loan. She was very informative and supportive and helped us make the best decision for our family when deciding on the floor plan for our home. She checked on us often during the process and made sure all of our concerns and questions were answered promptly. I recommend her 100%.
