“Clement's paint store is Benjamin Moore with a new name, just FYI. So they have all of the Benjamin Moore colors and also give contractors a discount. This store is pretty large and they have an especially good selection of paints and accessories. They also have an incredibly attentive and helpful staff. Two employees there are paint match experts, and will do a match that is as close as you can get to exact if you give them a couple of hours. I needed something quickly since the contractors were at my house waiting, and he used the computer to get a color match that convinced me, at least, that it was perfect. So imo, even their quick match job is as good as that other paint store that covers the world.They're open 7-5:30 M-S and closed Sunday at this location. Parking is available in the adjacent lot. Time to break out that honey do list and get cracking.”

“I am a homeowner who hired Hill Country Painting to paint the exterior of my home. I chose a color on a swatch and I was unhappy with how bright yellow it looked on the wall. So in a panic, I took all 10 gallons of paint and drove to this store about an hour before it closed. I was blown away by the amazing employees at this location who went out of their way to tone down the brightness of the yellow. They helped me look at swatches, educated me about paint and lighting and were very knowledgeable. Josh, Zach and Rance were just awesome. It was a big ask to try and customize a color with premixed paint and very little room in the cans for much adjusting. It was basically an art experiment, but they nailed the color in the end. Even if the outcome had been different, I would have still written this, because all three of these men really cared, were empathetic to my situation and did their best. This level of excellent customer service is rare nowadays and I just wanted to praise their efforts. We also had a great conversation and it was clear to me all of them are of good character. I am so thankful that I chose to come to this location (Oak Hill), even though it was 30 min from my house. This painting project has been really stressful and our AC is also out so these guys lifted my spirits more than they know.”

“Update: The company has reached out about my concerns and quickly. They are wanting to work out a solution. I hope there will be resolution and we can work it out and it was just an off day for all.We had previously used this company for the last 10 years. Service has gone down hill. Nick laughed at me when I said he was losing a customer. Sam could careless. George is the only good thing there. From a company who buys paint frequently, I highly advise to goto PPG or Sherwin Williams, they will have better pricing, quality, service. Disappointment”

“This is the only paint store to go to - the staff is incredible. Ask for Shawn! I spent months struggling to find the right color of paint for my kitchen cabinets until a contractor suggested Kelly-Moore and in just one visit talking through color with Shawn I had my perfect color. He has an incredible eye for detail, color theory, light, etc. He took such thoughtful care crafting a unique blend for me that was exactly what we needed. I've since gone back to him for his expertise 3 times now! Easily the best in town. Big thank you to him and the rest of the staff for the attention to detail.”

“Excellent, EXCELLENT service! These guys worked for two days to match the color of an oddball stain on some cedar trim for my house. A year earlier, they made an excellent recommendation on the paint for its interior. On top of that, the Manor Hall Paints they carry are the toughest for an interior that I've ever seen! I'm going nowhere else for paint but PPG, and to no other PPG than this one. FWIW, this is the same review I posted on Google reviews. The word about this store really needs to be spread around!”
