Hannah and Catherine are great sales associates. They helped me find the right jeans and made solid suggestions on color, size, and fit. They were informative and not pushy and made me feel good about my purchase. Wonderful experience from a professional team.

I love the product, once you try it on it basically sells itself. With that said- I know it’s difficult being in retail and customers are all different. I worked at a Neiman Marcus a while back so it’s hard to please everyone. I personally don’t like to be overly talked to by sales people. I’m quiet. I’m pondering all the wardrobe choices that I can wear with a certain item. If I’m overly chatted with I get out of “buy mode” and I’m just like forget it. It’s a fine line I know because it’s not cool to be ignored either. However, if I’m shopping at Paige I more than likely know what I’m doing. Today I would have bought something but I felt the sales person kept interrupting my flow. Trust me, if I need another size I will ask, instead I left.

I’ve been trying to buy new jeans for a while and Hannah was so helpful in helping me figure out my fit and what would be flattering on me! I left with a great pair of flares and plan on coming back soon to work with Hannah again.

The fitting rooms don't fully close. In fact there are gaping holes on the sides no matter how much you pull the curtains. It was hilarious (in a sad way) seeing all the husbands try to hold it shut so their wives can try on clothes. My wife initially didn't want to try on the pants due to the fitting room, but I convinced her to.When I brought this up with management, the worker said they already tried everything. I suggested hooks to hold them shut, and they said it would "damage the curtains"Why are you not prioritizing the experience of the customer over some curtain getting "damaged"?

Irina was such a huge help! I needed an outfit for my reception after party (outside with a bonfire) and she had the brilliant idea to personalize the back of the light pink jumpsuit. It came out amazing, fit like a glove, and I got so many compliments. Plus side, I removed the letters after and wear this jumpsuit EVERYWHERE.

the team was so helpful at Paige Austin. I had no idea what style I was , and they helped me find my fit and wash I needed to update my closet from Covid. Very happy to have found this team!

The store manager is rude. The way she treats her employees is unacceptable and unprofessional. How she has been there this long is unheard of. As a customer, i was totally disgusted. I will never shop here again until she is GONE!!

We love the clothing at Paige & the semi-annual sale is great but our service today was terrible. They only keep one size of sale items out so we kept having to ask for a different size and our associate was not accommodating/ seemed annoyed with any of our requests. Wouldn't reply to some requests she would just go grab it. At a boutique with this price point I'd expect much more accommodating service. We liked a few items but wanted to get out of the store quickly.

I stopped in to pick up a pair of jeans and was met with absolute professionalism at its finest! A young woman named Alycia guided my through the current stock of great jeans and other items and could not have been more attentive, knowledgeable and patient. She worked around my constant distractions from my work on my phone and still managed to get me set up with an amazing and comfortable pair of jeans. I was so impressed by this young lady's calm vibe I felt I had to give her and Paige 5 stars service! Thanks again for a great experience.

The customer service at this store is a 10/10. Alicia helped find me the PERFCT pair of jeans with no hassle. She knew my taste, knew my fit and she just NAILED it. Highly recommend!
