The staff member working tonight was so friendly and helpful, seriously some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! This store is so cool, and also they host Pokemon tournaments here, too. We will be stopping by again very soon!

Stopped by here this past Saturday afternoon. There is very minimal parking. I was hoping to get some more info from the staff on a comic book series but when I asked the guy who was stocking the shelves he blew me off pretty rudely. I wouldn't come back based on that experience alone. It's a typical comic book store with books and collectibles.

Wow! This store has a huge layout and several aisles of comics, manga, and kids' books. I didn't have a long time to go through everything but it was definitely quite impressive and the employees were cool to deal with as well. If I had any issues I'd say that the little parking lot in front is not the best but there's some more parking around the corner by the gaming store.

Whatever you do, don't try to sell Modern era comics to this place. You won't get much. Sell them online!

Walked in to the store, an employee was stocking items. I asked him if they bought rubric cubes? First came the sh¡+!+¥ look, like we don't have those things in this store! Ok, cool you don't sell them. I would have appreciated that response! After that, I didn't want to ask for any help from him! I don't recommend this place!!

My two boys (age 8 and 6) have gotten into characters and comic books. We live in Elgin, and there is zero selection around. So after looking at a handful of stores in Austin, we picked this one. And we couldn't have picked a superior store. They had an almost overwhelming selection of books and comic books, and while I am not super into them, both my boys found many of interest. The staff was very helpful friendly, they helped us find some Godzilla books for one of my sons. And speaking of Godzilla, right next door is a toy/model shop that is FULL of anime, pokemon, Godzilla, ect. Awesome little run of stores. We will definitely be back!

Tried to visit the store, but their hours on their own storefront and website/social were inconsistent. I waited several minutes outside well into their alleged hours of operation, but the doors were locked and no one was inside. I want to give this place a chance, and I’m happy to change my review once I see it. Please update your hours of operation.

Austin's best comic store and figure/statue store. Amazing selection. Many times when I've been on the hunt for things that are obscure I find them here. Well worth the time!

This is my go-to place for boardgames, table top, and card games in Austin! Their selection changes every so often so there are always new treasures to discover. The manager is so kind and makes every experience such a joy!

Customer service is lacking. Sent an email with clear pictures regarding some collectibles I was wanting to sell. Never received a response. Finally called and was told the email was received and to go to the store for a possible offer. Made the 45 minute drive only to be told by the person there that my items weren’t what they were looking for. I wouldn’t have had to waste my time and gas if the pictures had been looked at in the first place.

Outlaw Moon probably wouldn't exist without it's next door neighbor Austin Books & Comics, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't check in whenever you're in the neighborhood. Games, classic collectible toys, and even miniatures all add up to the perfect compliment to an unrivaled stash of comics and graphic novels. I do wish the emphasis was more directed at games and a game playing area would be a nice addition, but I really can't complain. You'll always find something your collection needs at Outlaw Moon.

This is a neat store to visit and look at action figures and toys I remember from my youth. They have a decent selection of board games and cards etc. The staff was friendly and helpful.
