I've been shopping here for years, And if you view my reviews you'll see I'm inclined to leave positive reviews far far more frequently than critical reviews. That said, last week I needed to drop off a warranty item and the staff of the entirely empty store couldn't be bothered to answer questions about new products that I may need to choose from as potential replacements for my older rod being warrantied. I was prepared to toss the lower cost item I was warrantying and upgrade to a spendy rod but decided to leave. Customer service goes a long way in this industry, folks.

It is a great shop for the fishermen. They have a good selection for Flys, but the clothes were not for the larger guys.

Daniel and Ben were so helpful and friendly. Sometimes I get paranoid going to fly shops. The workers are often pretentious and smug, but not these guys! Cannot say enough great things about them. Would definitely go here again.

Visited this store not knowing anything about fly fishing and one of the staff members helped me find the perfect rod, reel, and other equipment. I enjoyed my fly rod for 1 week and I accidentally broke the rod. I brought it to the store and they took care of me with all the kindness. I’m buying ONLY orvis equipment from now on. Thank you.

This location is permanently closed and not answering phones. I tried calling before going there and the automated message said they were busy helping other customers and to come to the store. After a long drive to get there I found a fully stocked store closed with printed paper signs taped to the windows stating they were closed until further notice. Save yourself the trip and don't go.
