Fantastic store with staff who are like family. Orvis has been such a nice little corner of the community here. The arboretum will not be the same without fly fishing lessons in the parking lot.

I had the BEST customer service experience with Shane at this store today!! He was so kind, professional and patient. He tracked down a specific pant for me to have shipped to VA. It was such a smooth process! This is in an amazing store; I only hope I get to visit in person in the future when I visit family in Texas.

Excellent experience at Orvis Austin. Danny and Shane were both knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helped me find the gear I needed for an upcoming trip within my budget. Would recommend to anyone for their fly fishing or apparel needs. Thanks guys!

I've been shopping here for years, And if you view my reviews you'll see I'm inclined to leave positive reviews far far more frequently than critical reviews. That said, last week I needed to drop off a warranty item and the staff of the entirely empty store couldn't be bothered to answer questions about new products that I may need to choose from as potential replacements for my older rod being warrantied. I was prepared to toss the lower cost item I was warrantying and upgrade to a spendy rod but decided to leave. Customer service goes a long way in this industry, folks.
