This is my absolute favorite place to shop for gifts. The owner is a talented jeweler who makes custom pieces, and the store is filled with beautiful jewelry and art. The wood puzzle boxes are some of my favorite items, and I have bought several wood pill boxes in the past. If you love local art or know someone who does, then this is a great place to shop with a wide range of prices to fit your budget.

I had to up-size my college ring and I had been referenced to Originals to do just that. I did not know what to expect from the aftermath of the ring. After a short few days, I was presented with seamless, quality work that my jaw dropped. There was no hint that the ring was cut and put back together at all. It was touched up with class and as clean as ever before. Basically restored to its original shape back from 2019. 11/10 will recommend.

I had two rings sized. I paid almost the same for two rings as I would have for one at another commercial jeweler AND my order was ready for pickup in two days! They have many unique gifts and lovely jewelry.

Efficient, timely, attentive. I asked for an expensive ring to be enlarged; the job was performed perfectly and the charge seemed very reasonable, given the materials involved. An exceptional experience.

This is a great business. They have been in business for decades and I really trust this guy. Took my ring in twice for bent prongs and each time he is professional, fast, and delivers great quality. Good, trustworthy jeweler.

I'm 75 years old, and my wife LOVES jewelry. This place is without a doubt my favorite jewelry shop of all time. Prices are reasonable. They do custome work. Sometimes I just go in just to see what's there. Everything in the store falls under either "beautiful" or "Wow! That's cool!" Well, almost. Joe (the owner) might not be beautiful to another guy, but you will never find a nicer guy to do business with. I guess that's cool.

I bought a ring as a gift for my daughter. Since I spent close to $200 I asked about the return policy in case she wanted to pick something else out or just didn't like it. Wanted to be able to return it if i needed to....was told by the owner "no problem. she can return it with the receipt" So gave it to her but it just wasn't her taste and after wearing it for a day or 2 the stone turned cloudy so took it back with the receipt within 2 to 3 days of buying it. At that point I was told by the same person " sorry but no returns just store credit". That is something he should have mentioned when I asked about the return policy. Didn't see anything else in the store that I really wanted so I'm out $200. Rude snotty attitude without any concern for good customer service. Needless to say wouldn't recommend and definitely won't be shopping there again. A zero star rating would be to generous.

Needed the perfect stone & Joe found it quickly for us even though everyone said they are "rare!" The owner is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. The perfect store for that one of a kind gift for sure!

One of my most favorite places to shop in Austin. They always have the most beautiful jewelry and other pieces of art. Unique selections of gifts and for oneself, of course. I have yet to be in this store and not buy anything. The owner, Joe makes beautiful jewelry and he's repaired many of my pieces too. Very much worth the visit!
