Richard and Glenn we’re extremely helpful! I needed my battery checked, and when they popped my head, they noticed that my battery was extremely eroded! They helped me find the best battery for my car as well as explain the warranty! And then without any hesitation, they changed my battery for me! They’re extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire entire process. I 100% will be coming back!

Great customer service. The older worker was very kind, and quick with replacing my dead battery and making sure there was no corrosion with the connections.

The service in this place was totally unpleasant because of the person in front of the store, who barely entered and with an attitude of annoyance, making the least effort to meet the CUSTOMER's demand, an unacceptable attitude. IT IS NOT THE POLICY OF THIS STORE AND THE STANDARDS OF THIS COMPANY, THAT FOR A LONG TIME WE HAVE PURCHASED AND PREFERRED THIS STORE.

Lied to me about having in-store credit after I made a purchase of wiper blades. The worker said that if I gave them my phone number I could use it to redeem my store credit before December 25, 2023. I asked if I had to do anything else and they said no, that I already had the store credit and I did not need to keep the receipt because I was in their system.When I showed up a few months later to get wiper blades for my other vehicle they said the credit was not in their system but I could get a $15 store credit if I paid full price for the new blades and sent in a rebate request. I told them that the worker said nothing about filling out a form and that I was good to go and had a store credit with them. I go to O'Reilly's only every few years and there is nothing I currently wanted from them except those wiper blades. Why in good conscious would I purchase more wiper blades from them after being mislead. Also, why would I buy from them when I can save $8 getting them at a different store.

The assistant manager (can't think of his name) went far and beyond helping me finding all the right parts I was needing from other stores and even printed out a receipt that already had the exact part info listed so I had to do was show it to people at other locations. Truly amazing - best customer service!!!
