They are in a strip mall. They had no business and every spot in front of their shop was empty. No signs that say o Reilly parking only.There’s food trailers right in front of their store too. I parked there to walk to the food trailer. Employee came out and started taking pictures of my car and my family instead of asking to move the vehicle. When I asked him why he is taking pictures, he said it’s his parking lot so he can do what he wants. Bad attitude and horrible behavior taking pictures of my family.To think I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years.O’Reilly just lost a loyal customer thanks to one of their bad employees. I’ll be spending even more at the Advance Auto Parts and Autozone down the street henceforth.

If I could give less than 1 star - I would. I went in to buy a replacement seal for my sunroof. Was totally underwelmed by no one up for 5 minutes. Finally a guy came - told him I needed a seal for my sunroof. He asked make and model and then clicked his tongue when he saw he didn’t have that part. I said it’s fine I wanted the universal one. He then looked for 5 seconds and said “you’re better off just looking it up, idk the dimensions”. Meanwhile an obvious friend of his had come in saying “hey bud I’m back again for another….” I felt so overlooked. Great day to be a woman in an auto parts store. Went down the road auto zone and they not only had the part but installed it for me. Thanks for nothing.

Just left from here Shaun and his other employee were the worst Customer Service I have EVER had and ive been a customer of Auto Zone for years both he and the other young man did not seem to want to work today and like comming to my car took too much enegry kept saying my battery wasnt bad when it is and even under warranty would not replace and my battery is only a month old its defective I will buy from Oreily from now on better customer service They just didnt want to take time to replace my battery.

I was going in to grab something small and easy for my fiancé and the workers were jerks to me all because I'm a woman in a male dominant store. I felt very unwelcomed and uncomfortable. I will never go back to this location.
