Worst O’reilly I’ve been to came in to store to swap out a bad battery under warranty was told to wait 1.5 hrs to check battery the came in 1.5 hours later and battery still wasn’t checked and was told to wait another 2 hours to check battery and at this point I said I would just buy a new battery which wasn’t found either after other employee spent 15 min looking for battery

So I'm searching for parts and I called this location, it took a very long time to answer but I didn't hang up. Finally someone picked up the phone and no one said anything. I said Hello 3 times and someone made a moaning sound and hung up. That is unprofessional and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I hope something gets resolved about that because that was ridiculous.

Came in yesterday on 9/25/2023 at 6pm. I asked if they could charge my battery. I was the only customer in there at the time. I came back at 8:15pm. I found my battery exactly how i left it on the counter. I asked them if they charged it and I instantly knew from their faces they didnt. They proceeded to tell me its ready to go. I go home, put it in my truck and of course, its dead. I come in today 9/26/23 at 12pm. I told the manager RENE what happened and she instantly got an attitude with me saying it was probably the alternator & that if the employees said they charged it, then they’re not lying. She had me wait for a long time & only said “what do you want”. Instead of helping me out, she tried to embarrass me in front of other customers. She ORDERED me to bring and put in my battery in the machine, I asked her how and she got upset and said “the other way”… Instead of taking action, she laughed and told the other employees that WE were the liars trying to make them get mad at us. She proceeded to say our battery was old and bought in 2019 (lies, we just bought our truck a year and a half ago& i bought this battery for this truck?!?!) . After i told her i was going to put a complain on her she laughed and said “well im the manager”. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

False advertisement on hours second time I come and the door is locked its 920pm door shows it closes at 10

I give them a lot of business. But I'm done with them. It's 9:20pm and they are closed. Posted hours state they should be open until 10.

They are horrible, at answering the phone. Missing out on sales! That's why, when they don't answer, I'll just go down the street to the local & dependable Auto Zone, who doesn't have a problem answering their phone for commercial business sales!?

I came to the store asking if they replace batteries, the customer representative asked the manager and she said if you didn't purchase the battery in the store we don't. I said ok I am buying some tools to replace myself and asked for help to the CS representative to locate the tools and he was very polite and wanted to help, the Store manager said he is not a mechanic giving bad attitue, and I said I have a list I just need to know where the items are, she said ok go and find them your self moving her head and giving me very bad attitude. I responded that she doesn't need to be f rude with me and she kicked me out from the store. Another customer also left the store because of this incident and told me to put a complaint to this person and to go to autozone next door. We went to Auto zone next corner, and the staff was very friendly I spended $70 dollars and I went home happy.
