I went to this location to get a couple of cabin air filters for my vehicles. The first thing that happened as soon as I walked through the door was the employee, don't know his name, looked at my NASA shirt and started spouting off how there are plenty of other rockets that don't use and waste fuel like these do. I shrugged it off and he proceeded to ask me what I needed. I told him 2 cabin air filters, he asked for what vehicles, I told him my first car's information, which is electric, and I quote what he said, "those f--king things waste as much energy as anything else. They still have to get their f---ing energy from somewhere." I said thanks and walked out then went right next door to AutoZone and got what I needed with no hassles and no commentary.
I won't go back and probably won't go to another O'Reilly either. I'll just stick with AutoZone or Advanced.

Very busy, limited service assistance. They did have the part I needed but it wasn't a pleasant shopping experience.

Ernesto the manger is horrible. JOSE IS AWSOME. Jose was helping me replace the battery outside after just helping another lady, he was making sure I had the best experience possible especially because I’m buying $400 worth of equipment. But Ernesto forced him to stop helping me, left me outside in the heat because the line was long while Ernesto was just standing there doing nothing just so Jose could take care of the line for him. This would’ve been a 5 star if it wasn’t for Ernesto.

They pulled our codes and indicated a faulty part which we replaced and the car began to run better and saved gas. We have other errors to correct as we can. We appreciate O'Reilly and their helpful, friendly staff.

I was having a hard time finding the part that I needed. Spoke with Danny. He did not have the part at his store, but directed me to another store that had the part. Thank you Danny. Lifesaver!!!

Needed a new battery and they installed a new one and had me on my way within 20 minutes. Christopher was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. Will definitely be here again.

Bought a battery two years ago and O’reilly’s gave me a 3 year warranty on it. It died on thanksgiving and O’reillys wasn’t close enough to go swap it out. I had to buy a new one from one of their competitors. When I went to O’reillys later with the old battery and the receipt for the new one, they actually honored it and paid me back for my original purchase 2 years prior. O’reillys has won my business for years to come! What an honorable and generous company!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days but I hope to pay O’reillys back with my business for a long time!!

Christoper here is very rude. I walked up to the counter mind you no one is there he not speaking to anyone he tells me he’s dealing with customer and I say sry I didn’t know and I turn back around and he’s making rude faces at me. Someone woke up in wrong side of the bed.

Overall I had a great experience and big props to James for his customer support and great attitude. The only reason I give this 4 instead of 5 stars is that they were going to make me pay to have someone else install my car battery, despite an employee telling me they would do it for free. I had to explain a few times before they agreed. In the end, James came over and was happy to help me out and I'm appreciative of that, especially considering how hot it is outside!
