Basic auto parts store experience. The staff barely cared I was there. But knew what size windshield wipers I needed, so that’s something. I feel like I would give 5 stars if I would’ve stolen something while I was there. But I didn’t think about it until I left. Maybe next time.

This week my alternator failed at 8:20, the manager did not want to lend me tools because it was almost closed, nor did he want to sell me the alternator because I needed the change. I hope my review is constructive and serves to improve the service.

Representative who helped me had excellent customer service made my shopping experience great first time ever in the store where I was actually greeted and thanked wish I would have wrote his name down he was in his twenties I believe and had jewelry around his neck.
