Absolutely useless employees, it's actually laughable. I placed a same day delivery order and only got half of it, and when I called the guy had an immediate attitude and then told me there was nothing he could do.

I needed a new battery and O'Reilly was recommended to me. The store associate, Totong, assisted me. He was super knowledgeable and showed me my battery options. He did not try to upsell me which was a refreshing surprise. He also quickly installed the battery and ensured it was working. The battery installation was free! I was very pleased and now know that I don't have to go to an auto repair shop to get a battery with labor and a premium built into the price. Hopefully, I won't need a battery again soon but if I do, I will come back to O'Reilly.

This is the best auto parts and service store I could ever imagine. They consistently exceed my expectations, not only with their inventory, but with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I’ve observed it start at the top by the way the store manager treats his employees with respect, mentorship, and teambuilding. It’s so rare to observe an operation like this these days, but this is my go to place because of it.

I was in Austin for a training session the week of 10/23. On my way to dinner on 10/26 I was informed by a Good Samaritan next to me at a traffic light that my passenger brake light was out. I thanked him very much. I stopped by O'Reilly on my way home on 10/27 and purchased the brake light bulb and asked Ed if he could install it or if I can use his tools. He was very accommodating and installed the brake light bulb. Thank you very much.
