I came for a battery test and they denyed me one I have a minute from coming and I had checked online and the store had a sign as well that said battery testing is done here and they didn’t do it

Elizabeth was racist to me she treated the Hispanics ahead of me friendly then had some kind of attitude when she had to help me. Wouldn't let me return a slightly used product that didn't finish the job. There are a couple good guys on the 2nd shift but Elizabeth isn't a good person.

I'm down here from Fort Worth for my daughter's UT orientation when my car wouldn't start. After getting help jumping my battery, I brought it here almost in tears. The NICEST employee, Ruben, calmed me down, let me stay in the cool while he ran tests in the 106 degree heat and then put in my new battery. All fixed so quickly! I'm so grateful ?

The gentleman I dealt with was respectful. I arrived at O'Reilly's Auto Parts looking for an ODB II reader since I had a check engine light come on. The gentleman didn't make it seem like it was beneath him. I would return in the future.
