I prepared a book mainly In Czech language from old documents. It was an exhausting effort as my first experience in publishing. Terry and Bert made the many month event come to beautiful fruition. I thought of dealing with a remote company. So glad I went local. With them. They CARED about me and my project. They treated me as an important friend, not JUST as a customer. The final product was gorgeous and well received by those who purchased it. * * * I am ready to begin my next project and will use them again. It may be a little more expensive, but it will be VERY high quality. When one publishes a book of history, it is meant to last for centuries.

We've used this shop for 5+ years now, and been incredibly impressed year after year. Most recently, I had to throw several changes at a big order at the last minute - the production team and our account rep, Steve Little, adjusted flawlessly and we got our must-have order right on time with no tradeoffs. My whole team is beyond impressed with their ability to stay calm under pressure!

OneTouchPoint used to be Ginny's Printing & Copying. This company started out years ago on the UT Campus as a copy shop. Over the years, they've become probably the largest commercial printer in Austin. OneTouchPoint bought Ginny's a while back, it's a large national conglomerate. OneTouchPoint is a full service commercial printer. That means they do just about EVERYTHING. And they do it very well. I've been dealing with this excellent company for a long time. Larry is as good a salesperson as there is with tremendous knowledge of the field as well as a great personality. He's only able to be this good because of the tremendous support he has from Steve, the best Customer Service Rep. there is. Steve too has exceptional knowledge, amazing attention to detail and is just a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.
