I would avoid this place like the plague. Especially if you are a self-pay person. I went in for the first time for just a standard simple office visit. I was assigned a physicians assistant. Not an actual MD.
She spent most of the time confirming things I put on the form before I got there. Then she did a blood pressure reading, which was needed to refill a prescription of mine.
For this 10 minute simple visit with a physicians assistant, they charged me over $275. They also refused to give an itemized receipt. Simply sending me a receipt for the payment that was made.
I finally had to call their billing department, so that they could send me an itemized receipt. That only listed an office visit for $500. With a self-pay discount that got it down to $275.
Who pays $501 for a standard office visit with a PA? To act like that’s a discounted price is a joke. No insurance company is paying $500 let alone a single self paid person.
My recommendation would be to stick to a real clinic with a real doctor, because the pay out-of-pocket will still be cheaper.

The only Dr who cares is Dr Babcock. Took me years to finally find a doctor at the practice that seemed caring and professional. Now that they've sold out to One Medical I get a call TWO hours before my scheduled appt that they do not accept my insurance any longer. I've been waiting on this appt for months....and they've had my unchanged insurance since before OneMedical. Why was I forced to pay a deposit when I'm not even covered?? Avoid this place.

Nice people and an attractively designed office. I visited with the staff here for some time during an architecture & design photo shoot I was working on for the space, and everyone was pleasant and great to be around.

I can’t recommend this office enough! Victoria Razgunas and Dr. Duhaney were both absolutely amazing. Their caring and exceptional service made my recent visit to this doctor's office an outstanding experience. The overall atmosphere of the office is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be back for future needs.

Absolutely terrible service. They promise same or next day appointments - this is the fastest office in Austin right now and its over a week wait to see anyone. Customer service is condescending when raising this issue and do a lot of gaslighting pretending like this is normal. AVOID AVOID AVOID - do not use One Medical in Austin.

THE BEST annual physical experience I've ever had. Fast, efficient, they use the One Medical App and reply almost immediately to any question or concern, they dont overcharge, never felt rushed, they answered all my questions with kindness.
Victoria Razgunas NP and Robert Duhaney MD have been awesome.
I can't recommend this place enough. Will never visit another healthcare provider after this.

My wife and I started using One Medical in San Jose when the service first started. It was a great experience. When we moved to Austin, One Medical wasn't available, and we were ecstatic when they finally came to Austin.Sadly, the quality of service now is, frankly, terrible. The people are okay, not at the level we had in San Jose, and clearly overworked. We were expecting similar premium service (fast response via email, quick scheduling, personalized service) as one expects for a premium membership. Now, we're experiencing long delays between email interactions, slow scheduling, and just shoddy overall service. Not to mention, services that were included in the premium subscription before (e.g., labs included in our membership) have become "extras".My wife and I are seriously considering leaving One Medical after years of membership.I'm guessing we're not the only dissatisfied customers.

Paid $200 because Robert Duhaney was listed on the OneMedical website. Could not find him on the website. Was then told he was not accepting new patients after I inquired. There is no indication of that until you pay $200. Yikes. This is a scam. Use this service at your own risk

Terrible customer service & they will bill your insurance incorrectly so they can turn a profit. Steer clear & go to Crossover Health if you can!

Not as good as they were in DC, but they hitting their stride. A start up in a new city takes time. And One Medical has hit the ground running. I think I've been a member off and on about 7 years now.

Poor customer services. Never able to call in. The line is always busy. Suggest you book appointment through the App, otherwise you will never get the care. Very disappointed
