This location is good but lacks technology. There was a time when you could but and tryout computer programs here but no longer.

Alex at the PRIMT CENTER is the best. She helped me with a poster printing job. I have 2 pages and wanted to put them inti 1 page poster and Alex came through with flying color. Thank you so much Alex. I will definitely come back for business with this location.

Cool redesign but forgot the entire point of customer service. The absolute worst print shop in the city. Go to FedEx and save an extra day.

Prepaid for ink cartridges. I go to this location and package not ready. Asked a nerdy employee to please go get my ink and he said it would be an hour's wait. The place was beyond weird. It used to be very good. Don't know what has happened with this company but I am never going back there.

This is like the caviar of Officemax's! You walk in and feel like you're in a coworking space or something. I did online pickup there and didn't even need to talk to a human... they have lockers you scan a barcode at. Look at you, Officemax! You're still going to die a retail death, but at least you're trying. Friendly staff when you need them.

I came in on a quick work trip after losing my phone charger. It was almost closing time, literally 8:55 PM and Nathen assisted me so quickly. He found me the most inexpensive, best option and quickly checked me out. He was so kind and so helpful, at the end of a long work day it really made a huge difference. Thank you Nathen!!!!

Back in November I bought a computer tower from a local Office Depot in Greenville Mississippi. They did not have the item in store so I bought it upon suggestion from the sales rep saying he will have it directly delivered to my home address from their warehouse. Worse customer service I've ever experienced. My issue is still not fully resolved. I ordered a home paper shredder which was delivered 2 weeks ago and doesn't work. I called the vendor who sent the shredder first to try and resolve. They said it was defective and that since I ordered from Office Depot that they would have to process the return. I placed an order on 11/22. Got confirmation and when I went to check status, my order had been canceled WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. On 11/26 Went online and the CSR had me re-do the order. Got confirmation again. Logged in today and BAM, CANCELLED MY ORDER AGAIN, WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I lost the Black Friday Specials, because Office Depot said my CC had an issue. It wasn't my CC, it is Office Depot system. The CSR rep on the chat, wouldn't help, didn't offer to fix the problem and let me order with the Black Friday Prices. OFFICE DEPOT HAS LOST MY BUSINESS, and am posting on Social Media Platforms to not only let my Facebook, but Twitter and Instagram followers know how I got shafted and the lack being willing to rectify the situation. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

The stores are fine for basic needs, but the coupons they send to my office are pretty much useless. They exclude virtually everything I actually need. I've had far better results from Costco.
