I’ve been going to OTL for over five years. It’s the best gym I’ve ever been to! My coaches are incredibly wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, intelligent, fun, and have helped me evolve from someone that could barely hold a weight into a confident and strong human. This sort of discipline and confidence really spills over into all aspects of life and I attribute a lot of that to the people at this gym!The programming is so good! OTL emphasizes all aspects of fitness: strength, conditioning, agility, mobility, recovery, and help with some of the hardest parts of fitness: the mental aspect. Proper form is taught and emphasized.They will also work with you and give you alternative movements if you’re injured or have problematic areas.I am always motivated to do my best and to be the best version of myself here. The other members of the gym are also amazing as well ?.

The people at OTL are genuinely invested in you and your personal development. No matter where you are starting out, you'll always be met with encouragement and support. Do yourself a favor and join this gym if you’re interested in getting into shape, getting stronger, training, working on your athleticism and/or quickness etc. I’m on my 5th year at OTL, most people I work out with here were members when I started. That’s a testament to the value of their membership. Life is busy, I get a 3 minute shower most days and I eat moving, but I carve out an hour to better myself at this gym. 1 hr of 24 for a clear head, good attitude and stronger/healthier body. OTL specifically (I toured a few gyms to no avail before finding this one) because the coaches are awesome, the way they operate as a business is first class, the programs cover everything, every muscle you use and the ones you haven’t. These coaches will get you where you want to go as long as you try, regardless of age or ability, and they do it graciously. You’ll be met with incredible support and good folks as members. This gym has had a positive impact on my life as a whole, and is the reason I’m still working out 5 years in. So, if you’re looking for a gym or way to better yourself, do yourself a favor - just go to OTL and try.

I’ve been going to OTL for almost two years now. Prior to joining OTL, I’ve never really done any weightlifting/workouts and was unsure how it would all pan out. Coach David let me drop in and watch a class to get an idea of the gym/workouts. After that I did not look back. All the coaches are super helpful, detail oriented and break down the movements so that even a beginner can pick it up and work their way up. The focus has always been on the form, and workouts are challenging in a good way. I also got an opportunity to try their nutrition program with coach Jess - it perfectly complements the workouts and I got amazing results. The community is incredible, and I cannot think of a better place to be a part of. I’m very grateful to the coaches here for pushing and supporting me on my fitness journey. Thank you and I HIGHLY recommend OTL fitness!

I’ve been coming to OTL Fitness for over 3 years now. The coaches and community at this Austin gym are a second family to me. I trained here before, during (up Week 38), and after my pregnancy (including some various injuries in between). Coach David and Coaches Travis and Blake are very in-tuned to their members knowing when to push them to get to their next PR and when to embrace a lighter load for a stronger recovery. I get an all around workout here covering mobility, strength, cardio, mental stamina, and wellness. With plenty of equipment and daily cleaning practices, you can feel safe at this Austin gym and supported through whatever phase of your fitness journey you are on.

I have been a member for over 3 years now and have loved every second. When I first signed up, I got a personal call from David and had a great conversation, answering all my questions and concerns. My first day, I immediately felt welcomed and challenged by the workouts. The community and spirit surrounding this gym is second to none. It is clear the coaches have put a lot of time into the programming and keep each class engaging. They support and push when needed. You will see results and reach your goals if you keep up your end of the deal. They provide an excellent foundation for you to succeed no matter what your goals are. OTL Fitness is cut from a different cloth. Join this gym.

This is the best gym I've ever been to! The workouts will whip you into shape and will challenge you.The coaches are all excellent, professional, and enthusiastic. You will never see a coach on their phone during class or distracted. They are in the present moment and focused on helping everyone get better.I've met some great people here who have become friends. They have a great, inclusive community.Can't recommend more highly!
