Hard to get through to someone on the phone and the web portal is trash. If you submit a refill online it actually sends a FAX to the pharmacist! 50-50 chance they even get it! There are no status updates nor tracking. And this pharmacy charges 75% more for the same script heb san antonio charges. If the VA didn't make me use them, I wouldn't!

This company is nothing but a money sink. They nickle and dime you for every little bit of money in your account. My mom had an issue and needed in home infusions and was hooked up with this racketeering outfit and was literally charged for everything out of pocket up front and after she had begun her medications meaning if she didn't pay she'd have only gotten a third of her necessary recovery. If anyone suggests this "pharmacy" go elsewhere.

After having a horrible experience with a totally non-responsive compounding pharmacy in the southern part of Austin, I found this pharmacy to be a totally different world. The other pharmacy predicted two weeks to prepare the compounded and failed to respond to calls for progress. So I called my doctor and changed pharmacies. Nu Cara had it ready for pick up inside 24 hours. They answered their phone and responded immediately rather than the other place saying they'd get back in 24-48 hours. This place is the real deal.

I was referred to NuCara's infusion center during my doctor's transition to his new office. Though anyone who has to utilize this type of treatment knows the word "fun" is never associated with the experience, I have to say this team is totally patient-centric. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and professional. The environment was tastefully decorated and my recliner was very comfortable. My nurse even brewed me a tasty cup of coffee!My thanks to you all, including the Pharmacist who also checked in with me.

Can not say enough good things about NuCara Infusion Center in Austin! We’ve been here every few months for 2 years and have an excellent experience every time. Everyone is super kind and extra patient with my 12 year old son. I can’t imagine taking him anywhere else! Nicole is a God-send. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely caring, she has gone above and beyond for us many times. The facility is beautiful, spotless, comfortable.

Terrible service !! The employee for the collection of recipes when I arrive was arguing with another client and when I arrive he also speaks to me in a bad way, without any professionalism, or greeting, or thanks! First and last time I use your services and I will give anyone the bad teference !!! 04/26/2022In addition to the inflexible schedule for the people we work!!!

I have been involved with NuCara for several months. I am a difficult stick for an IV. They have been so patient finding the perfect plan for my care. I can say they pull all the stops, I am sure it is not just me! NuCara has more than one person on my case and they talk to each other and it all comes together with a plan.

I cannot say enough good about NuCara infusion center in Austin, Texas. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Very accommodating when scheduling appointments, easy to get to.
