Really great guys at this place. Casey and big guy with orange beard helped me out getting a tire replacement. Super helpful and accommodative, answered all questions i asked. Definitely can recommend this NTB location, their team is the real deal!

I set up an appointment with NTB in north Austin near Anderson Mill Rd. They took my car in with no problem and no wait. I dropped car off, Cason (front desk assistant) was very friendly & helpful. They finished on time n called me when done. I got 4 new Goodyear Assurance Maxlife tires. I'm very happy w the tires and servíce. No issues. I also used a $160 voucher from T-Mobile phone service. And it gave me a nice discount.. I hesitated between using Discount Tire place n NTB, but this was a better deal w the coupon and these tires are rated high at 85,000 and nice n quier. I have a 2019 Toyota Camry SE. NTB did me good today ?

Had been here this morning with nail in my tyre, and these guys were fast to fix it. They also had a complementary inspection on tyre threads, brakes and wipers with a quote that was super easy. Thanks NTB for making this a breeze for me. Way to go!!!

Casey at the front desk was so welcoming and kind! As a woman who is not very educated about cars I recently had a disappointing experience with a previous auto shop that told me they were unable to get the lug nuts off of my tires and tried to sell me hundreds of dollars of stuff. However the staff here was able to rotate my tires in 30 min no appointment and even helped me inspect my brakes (another thing I was falsely advertised at the other shop). The mechanic even showed me how to change the battery in my key fob. I will definitely be returning here for my future car services!

I just left this place, all I needed was a tire alignment and then I noticed there was a special on oil changes so I added that. It took over and hour for these two services because they didn’t have my oil filter. The kid didn’t follow up to check if it was coming until I walked past the window twice to see if they were working on my vehicle. I’m sure had I not gotten up I would still be sitting in their lobby. Then they don’t even give you the alignment report, I had to ask that the photos of the report get sent to me. It should be standard practice to receive a report.

These guys nearly killed me. Didn’t bleed all the air out of my breaks and they started to fail on the highway. Not to mention over charging. It’s sad because this used to be my go to place. I don’t know what happened.
