Ordered a bottle of Ciroc Brandy. There was no seal on the bottle. It was not ciroc. It was replaced with another very cheap brandy. I know my ciroc. Not cool .. Ordered on Friday night... Check your staff... Wish I could of gave you all 0 starts. Not cool at all!!

This place never disappoints. I only ever order delivery, due to being unable to physically pick up myself, and they are on point every time. They know my name as a repeat customer and they treat me as such…with friendliness, recognition, kindness and courtesy. Even when I’ve called them on the phone directly. they look me up and treat me as of my issue is of the utmost priority. I’ve only ever had positive experiences with Northwest. They’ve got my business and loyalty for life!

Good Selection, extremely helpful and friendly staff always, but the prices are a bit high. I don’t mind paying a couple bucks more than Total Wine for the convenience, but the prices here still feel slightly steep. Love the employees and managers though it’s definitely a great and safe place to shop.

Hands down best liquor store in the area! Fantastic international selection.I got a book on traditional French cocktails and these guys are the only place that carries the Lillet blanc, elderflower liquor and this cognac liquor (don’t make me name it form memory lol)Super friendly staff, helpful and pleasant

I was on the search for a gift for my sister in law (specifically, the House Lannister whiskey from the Game of Thrones collection) as well as a treat for myself for my birthday. Northwest Hills Liquor was listed as the only place I found as having the specific whiskey I was looking for upon a quick search, and I was pleasantly surprised. They have a good selection of scotch, whiskey, and bourbon (however, they were lacking in rum options). The layout was well organized but a bit cramped, and prices were higher than larger stores but not ridiculously high. The staff were all wearing masks, and they were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. And I found the Disaronno at a reasonable price and bought that for myself as my own birthday gift.
