Great shop to work with! They are very responsive with phone calls. Some other shops in Austin said they would take my car in 4 months from now for hail damage repair, but Mark was able to take in and service immediately. And they did a great job and it looks great now!

I had a piece on my baby damaged from a horrific blowout. :(( Found Mark on Yelp, and that was the best thing I could have done for myself! Mark is kind, empathetic and honest. He is truly in the business of helping others. Excellent customer service. What makes this place super amazing is their efficiency, attention to detail, and fantastic work. They are so quick, knowledgeable, and kind! As someone who knows nothing about cars they made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way! The owner is a great, funny guy who will treat you like a friend! I will never go anywhere else!

Come to this place if you need anything!! Mark (the owner) is the best! He was so kind and accommodating. Car was having issues on Memorial Day and he was kind enough to allow us to come in and have the car looked at and repaired. He was so kind and generous - he is the man!!

Incredible Auto Body Shop! The owner, Mark, was very kind, welcoming, and helpful. I had an emergency issue with my car on memorial day weekend and he was willing to fix my car with little notice. The service was impeccable.

Mark is a very honest guy who provided quality work. I had just bought my car brand new and a month into ownership some jerk scraped my paint, chipped it, and left a dent (may karma do its thing to the person responsible since they didn’t leave a note). I was devastated and anxious. Mark quoted me $1300 less than what the dealership wanted to fix the damage and when Mark was finished with the repair and repaint you couldn’t even tell it ever happened. His price was more than fair! He got it done in 2 days which was amazing! Way less time than other auto shops estimated. Thank you Mark!Service: Body & Trim
