Every member of the staff is a pleasure to deal with. The vet and her tech were expert and clear in communication. My dog was relaxed in their presence.
I recommend North Austin Animal Hospital without hesitation!

Everyone at the clinic is always very friendly, kind and welcoming to Rufus and me, and I always feel confident that he is receiving the best care. Dr. Shelby and the team take amazing care of my FurBaby Jasmine. She was scheduled for bladder stone surgery and they cancelled day of because it appeared Jasmine was passing them on her own, where they could have done the surgery to make the money. I’m so grateful to have a great Vey that I can trust!

I almost never leave reviews, but I really want other hamster owners to know that this is a great place to bring your ham. My son's sweet boy had cancer and had to be euthanized. Everyone there was so kind to him and to us. Dr Pena treated him like he was just as important as a dog or cat and provided excellent care. I will bring future hamsters to this clinic and feel very grateful to have access to such compassionate care.

After searching high and low for a vet to administer a international health certificate/fit to fly for our dog Louie, our prayers were finally answered when North Austin got in touch with me straight away and was brilliant from start to finish. The moment we walked in the lovely ladies at reception were so welcoming and kind, truly putting us at ease. Dr Heppner and Coty went above and beyond with helping us and our dog didn't even notice he had his shots done! I can't recommend this wonderful team enough. Thank you again!

We always leave feeling good about our haircuts. The entire family (ages 10 to 70+, including women and men’s hair, straight and curly) sees Brittany. She’s a great listener and makes sure you get the haircut you you want. Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Birdwell and her tech took their time with my pup Philip and addressed all my questions and concerns. Philip received chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture and I am definitely seeing improvement!

Been going here for the past ten years for both my cats. Really nice staff. Always feel like they really care about your pets health and will make time for you. Dr Pena has spent a long time talking to me on the phone about my cat’s health problem and different options. I really appreciate their service and good vibes.

Best vet care in town. Comprehensive care with attention to prevention to maintain health. Everyone is interested in your animal from the vets to the techs to the staff. They provide wonderful care for my dog. Follow up from the staff and vet as needed is the norm. It's simply a great place for my animals!
