I bought Nike Air Max Dn and wore them for less than half a year, but the material inside near the pinky toe has worn down, and now they're causing blisters. The store said they don't have a warranty. I will never buy Nike sneakers again and don't recommend them to anyone. And that's it for 160$ sneakers. Shame Nike. Before this, I used Adidas for many seasons and never had any issues, even more after months of regular walking. Even non-branded sneakers didn't wear out this quickly.

$10.45 to pay for parking just to run in to return a pair of $70 shoes.
Outrageous.

The parking is crappy, but that's not the Nike stores issue. The young man at the front desk what's very polite and helpful. They didn't seem to have a very big selection, but since I was returning that was okay.

As soon as I walked in, everyone greeted me and not in an overwhelming way. Santiago was amazing! He helped me while I was trying on the Nike V2Ks I placed on hold and made me feel confident in my choice! I also needed running shoes but wasn’t sure if I should stop at Fleet Feet first. Because of his help, I decided to also buy another pair of running shoes on top of the ones I placed on hold. I’ve been needing some for a bit. He was personable & patient! He educated me on the different styles of running shoes that were available as it’s been a few years since i’ve bought running shoes and found solutions to my objections. Great experience and defff glad I drove 36 mins to this location. Worth the traffic. 10/10– would recommend!

Terrible experienceDuring our visit, the manager stood out for her rudeness. While exploring the clearance section at the back, my boyfriend picked a jacket with an orange price tag indicating $74, without any other price indications. At the checkout, the cashier called the manager for an unexpected "price check," causing confusion. The manager, in a rude manner, checked her phone and surprisingly suggested raising the price to $260, despite the tag showing a lower amount.Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she chose to remove the tag and confiscated the jacket, avoiding responsibility and preventing our purchase. A regrettable handling of the situation that resulted in a disappointing experience.

Today we (me, my girlfriend and my aunt) went here. I went to the clearance section on the back, checked the rack and picked a jacket I liked. This jacket had an orange price tag that said $74. There were no other price tags on that jacket. When I go to check out, the guy on the register called his manager for a “price check” so I was confused. The blond, rude manager came, checked on her phone and magically wanted changed the price to $260.This manager wanted to remove the tag and took the jacket off our hands. She didn’t asume responsibility on the mistake and didn’t let us buy that jacket. Terrible management of the situation by her.Horrible experience. Would not recommend going there1/5

The staff are weirdly off putting here and don’t create a friendly and helpful atmosphere. I have attentive service at all the other boutiques I’ve shopped on South Congress but they don’t seem eager to help here at Nike. They are also selective with who they give the bathroom code too. If you need to use a bathroom when strolling Soco my recommendation is to go to the South Congress Hotel.

The staff is friendly, it's clean, and it's well organized, but it's a one-story store and there aren't many items. It's called a collective shop, but it doesn't have any shoes, goods, or clothes, and is just like an ordinary Korean Nike store. Gujju paid infusion, chummunbuchugyyeom, round rock purimian allet chuchuanhyangniyam.

I went in to shop and Cass was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to help find an item I was looking FOR IN MY SIZE then started antagonizing me as if I didn't belong and stating if I had a receipt for a product I had purchased out of town mind you I was not returning anything! This was my first time at this location. Please have her work on her customer service.I am a buisness owner and do not treat people that way.

Everyone working here is warm, welcoming, and extremely professional and they are in the know about the store stock and products they carry.I had a chat with Santiago while placing an online order who helped me sort out a glitch in the system that was showing my shoe size unavailable at the store. And when I got there I was able to try and pick up what I had ordered very smoothly.
