I feel so lucky to have found Nexus Private Capital. I am working on my second flip and with Nexus in my corner, one thing that I won't have to worry about is funding. Cort and Tomas have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Pricing was straight forward and very fair compared to the other hard money lenders I spoke to. The application was a breeze and communication was excellent. Cort reviewed the property and his analysis gave me peace of mind that I had a good deal with an adequate renovation budget.
