Jason is an excellent realtor. He’s knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to help in any way that he can. Jason was our agent on the purchase of a new home in late 2022 and then on the sale of our home in early 2023. We were referred to Jason by a friend. After contacting Jason and with very little notice he sprang into action and accompanied us on a home tour which ended up being the home we eventually bought. Jason was truly amazing and helped us navigated a complex economic climate and housing market. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. The entire buying process from start to finish was very smooth thanks to Jason.Jason’s superpowers are his knowledge of new construction and negotiation skills. He used both as we were purchasing our new home. We were able to get multiple things fixed in out new build that he spotted (I didn't even see them) and he was able to successfully negotiate the purchase price down by a significant amount.Jason also was really helpful representing us selling our home. Jason brought some in to take amazing pictures of our home, advised us on what we needed to get fixed in preparation to sell and we collaborated on determining the right list price. Jason was able to generate sizable demand because our home was priced right. We received multiple offers over list price the first weekend we listed our home. One of these offers we eventually accepted. Jason goes above and beyond to support his clients and I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs an agent to buy or sell a home!

This was the fastest, least stressful real estate transaction I have ever experienced and it was all due to Jason's expertise, knowledge, instincts and responsiveness. He knows this market, he understands people's motives and desires and he truly wants the best possible outcome for all involved, which is a wonderful and admirable quality. He surpassed all my expectations, getting me a much higher price for my home than I had thought I would be able to get and closing on the deal within a week of listing the property. I'm still in shock, in the best possible way. Very grateful that I was guided to Jason and would happily and enthusiastically recommend him to anyone buying OR selling, knowing they will thank me - very quickly!

My husband and I worked with Jason of New Homes of Austin to both sell our first home and buy our second. Like other reviewers have mentioned, Jason was an excellent choice since 1) he is a great negotiator and in both deals we walked a away in a much better place due to his negotiation skills 2) he knows Austin extremely well and will have both the contacts and insights to the best fit neighborhoods.

Working with Jason was the best part of our home buying experience. Moving from out of state is hard enough, finding the perfect house even harder with Jason the experience was seamless. As a first time home buyer, you will be overwhelmed, you will be nervous, and you will be stressed out. That was my initial reaction to moving from renter to buyer. After meeting and working with Jason, those quickly dissipated. Not only is Jason incredibly knowledgeable, he is also the best advocate you will find to have in your corner when it’s time for you to buy. He was there for me with every question I had, and advised and guided me through this milestone in my life.
