I had a great experience with Neu Appliances! I purchased a washer and dryer at half the normal price because of minor cosmetic imperfections. Right at the end of the warranty period the washer started to malfunction with multiple problems. They went out of their way to make sure I had a working washer again by swapping out the old washer for a newer and better version. Thank you Neu Appliances!

Great experience for a second time. Went with online second time around based on a solid first purchase of a fridge. Got a dryer that turned out to be much smaller than expected. Neu is cool enough to provide another free delivery of a larger replacement after a short period of trial run. Mason and Jason (delivery folks) super nice and great customer service. Fast and efficient but still friendly despite having to come back for a second time. Both dryers were in great shape and pics online transparent about dents that we personally had no issue with. Will go back for #3 if needed in the future

Neuappliance outlet is the place to get your appliances. They will take care of you. We purchased a Refrigerator and a dishwasher. Eldon and Jeanne May would like to comment on the persons that do their deliveries. Mason, Cesar and Justin. Polite, knowledgeable and puts the customers first. They do a great job installing your appliances. They are also caring about your purchase, making sure they are careful getting it in your home.

This is my third major appliance in recent weeks from Neu Appliance! As with the other two purchases, finding the perfect solution for our household was a breeze! What a relief! Love the prices and warranty! The low delivery fee that includes removal of the old appliance can't be beat! Jon and Cesar ran into challenges at our house with small doorways to pull the fridge thru, so it took them longer than they expected but they were extremely patient, courteous, and professional!
