Quality of the customer service was poor and they lied about having military discount, they also had their employees stalking me in the store as if I was going to steal or if I am some threat, that’s very judgmental and rude. My lawyer will be contacting your store to sue you soon for harassment and personal injury emotional stress to shop in your store that’s honestly racism. You lost a valued customer. What a shame humans can be so cruel totally inhumane not right. Get ready for a lawsuit next time due better and hire kind humans instead of troubling employees that like to cause problems on purpose. You will want to hire mature employers it’s time to grow up and stop harassing.
However, guy in the other line used his military discount, but when I asked for the military discount your employees said oh we never heard of a military discount we don’t have that, that’s very immature to lie what was the point of that? Because now you’re getting sue (: better luck next time don’t be rude. It’s sad. I wonder how they sleep at night losing a valued customer.
What am some I joke to your employees, that was pathetic.

I been shopping at NG for over 10 years in stores all over the country. For the last 3 years I have been bringing my rescue dog with me.
Today that changed. We were barley in the store before we were confronted and asked is that a service dog? Why the sudden change? I travel an hour to shop at the NG at the arborwalk. With Temps most days near 100. I can't leave my well behaved and loveable companion in the car. That is inhumane. I have shopped with him in this store a dozen times with all the cashiers petting him and a betterday for it.. i was shopping. More and spending more because I can bring my dog in and shop in a relaxed atmosphere. NO MORE! I will take my 2 to 3k$ yearly spending at N G somewhere else or have them delivered. I should have never been approached unless my dog was missing behaving or barking. Which he wasn't.

I just have to share how much I adore shopping at Natural Grocers. Every time I walk into the store, I’m greeted with such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes me feel right at home. The store is always so clean and well-organized, which makes it a pleasure to browse the aisles.
The staff is simply delightful. They’re always so friendly and eager to help, whether I need advice on a deal or just a hand finding something. Their knowledge about nutrition is impressive, and I always leave the store feeling like I’ve learned something new.
Shopping here is such a pleasant experience, and I’m so thankful to have a store like this in our community.

Best service of any grocery store I ever go to. Hands down best I don’t go anywhere else. I bring in my sons dog now and then and they always go out of their way to love on him and make us both feel so welcome

I used to fill up my water at Whole Foods but now I do it at Natural Grocers. Machine is clean and it’s cheaper. Water tastes better. I lije their produce and organic chicken.
