Poor customer service. Waited for assistance and none of the employees offered to help or even looked my direction. The store wasn’t busy either. I counted 4 customers. The employees didn’t seem very friendly either. Will be taking my business elsewhere .

Polite and respectful staff running the place. They've always given me a fair price for both the items I've pawned and the items I've purchased. They've also always honored the deals they've given me in the past even if it was from a different location. These guys have saved my butt and helped me limp to the end of the month more times than I care to admit and done so with a smile and a sincerity you cant find at a decent department store these days much less a pawn shop. I honestly can't think of a reason to do business with any other pawn shop in Austin.

This business is stealing from me by holding onto my firearms and not releasing them due to their own technical computer issues and not having a single secondary option. Which is a failure in operations and not discussed prior to me as a consumer. Deserves a 1 star.

Horrible horrible horrible take your business elsewhere. Everytime I go it's always something new oh we can't do this oh u can't pay with card oh this and that!! Lost a loyal customer who's been coming here for YEARSSSSSSS!!!!! NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE AND THEIR SLOW AF

The manager genuinely believes lever action and bolt action are the same thing. I dont even want to talk about how far I just drove to be disappointed by somebody that should not be allowed to handle firearms. I wouldn't trust this place with anything.

Had exactly what i was looking for, they cut me a sweet deal on my chain and a ring for my wife. I’ll definitely be hitting this place up for any of my next purchases on jewelry!! Customer service was great!! Can’t remember the guys name but he was cool as hell said he was from CC. Thanks

I renewed my pawn with these guys only to have the manager make a mistake and mixup the numbers on my ticket .. so when I went to pay my pawn and retrieve my stuff IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SOLD! ?I have never had this issue before and unfortunately the gold necklace had so much sentimental value to it, I can never get it back. I wouldn't recommend anyone deal with these guys.
