The super frequent 5 star reviews are fake or paid for. I keep getting texts and emails from Natera about a “self pay” bill for over $700 even though it’s through a “free pregnancy help” program plus I’m on Medicaid…. I’ve called in about this many times and each time, they transfer me somewhere else that never answers the phone. I have no foreseeable way to get the bill taken care of. Every time I try, they say the same thing and leave me on hold for over an hour (never answer). They just keep harassing me about the bill but they won’t allow me to talk to anyone or give them my medical info.Edit: I was finally able to get someone on the phone. I followed their instructions and emailed my medical info to patient success. I also emailed Natalie B before my initial review and last I heard from her was “Perfect! I’ll get back to you as soon as I can” after giving my medical info.Never heard back from either party. Hopefully they will at least stop reminding me of a bill that was somehow issued to me during my visit to a FREE gov funded clinic. They just like to see if they can trick anybody into paying out of pocket.

Natera? More like Naterrible. Was quoted $99 at our OBGYN appointment for genetic testing at got a bill for $495! Been in dispute for over 6 months. Have even qualified for Compassionate care (anyone making less than 100k, please look into this before you are scammed). Countless phone tree and holding circles. Round and round we go. I am convinced that they are deliberately frustrating to make sure they get money out of you.Stay away if you can.

Just know that if you have a counseling session with Natera, anything you discuss will be reported to your doctor. Had I known this, I never would have scheduled an appointment with them. This is a violation of my privacy.

I received two bills from Natera of 1,861.04 in total. I did the payment on February first. I discussed with my doctor about this prices because in the beg they told me that they have a contract with your company where the charges by genetically test are the maximum $250 per test. Why did you charge me the amount of $1,861.04 by one service that you have a previous agreement with? This is not ethical I would like to receive a reimbursement because this is a scam. Also my husband received a bill by $10 k this is ridiculous if you charge in total for the same service around $6k. If you don’t give me a solution I will take this by the legal way. I need a reimbursement.I hope to receive your soon response.Best regards.
