Lots of fine print with the warranties at NAPA. Finding your old receipt is very difficult for them to find and even more difficult to link you to the receipt. Today I was told that a lifetime warranty part that I bought does not include “wear” of the part.

Incredible experience today!! Elizabeth is very talented and smart, and she helped me with my dying NAPA 12V battery in my hybrid. She also figured out it was missing the date sticker. She helped me get a new battery and installed it right there with another worker for me. Really quick and friendly service, I am so glad I went here! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else next time I have any battery issues. Thanks again!!

Napa Autoparts has parts for all makes of vehicles and also farm tractors. This is a plus since not all parts sales sell components for tractors.
