Walk in today, showed inspiration picture, was told before sitting down it could be done. After the nail tech placed on solar nails and began to paint, confirmed with tech that he could do the designs on the picture and he laughed a little saying the nails were too short to do any design at all when they are actually longer than the inspiration picture. Painted tips were rushed and painted poorly on the edges, not blended well. Was also told “too many colors” when choosing 3 colors to alternate. I don’t plan on coming back.

Nail Bar and Spa exceeded my expectations with their excellent customer service and attention to detail.
The staff took their time to ensure my nails looked perfect and were incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend their services!

I am just returning to getting my nails done and so having to find a new place. Kevin was able to help me with a dip and it looks fabulous. It has lasted over two weeks and the edges where it's growing out are super smooth. Also, he really cared about the shape and making sure I was happy. The facility was really clean and the front desk was very helpful. Very happy to find a great place to go.

Somewhere I went last minute, a hidden gem. Mao is quick and has amazing attention to detail. I will request him every time! I hope every visit will go this well

The worst nail center I've seen in Austin.
After two days, my gel nails were ripped off, and when I visited, they treated me very badly and didn't even repair them again.
Don't go here if you love your hands.

Never have seen the implements in the sanitizer. Not a good sign. I've looked and looked each time. Just towels warming.

some of the nails i have gotten here haven't lasted more than 2 weeks or have had okay jobs, but the nails i got this weekend were absolutely fantastic and exactly what i asked for. my nail tech paid super close attention to detail and i couldn't be happier!

I use to love the vibe of this place, and the techs are talented. I just don’t like how they interfere with your color choices. Not all of them, but some. If I’m paying I can choose whatever color I want no matter how light or dark I am!!!! My last encounter has me wondering if I should go back!

I have to go to a wedding in California and I stopped in hoping I could be helped. I always wait till the last minute : (. I had the best manicure ever w/ Van at the Nails Bar & Spa! I told her I just want to feel like a million bucks (at least concerning my nails) and I walked out for a very resonably priced manicure that made me feel like a million bucks! I don't post many reviews, but this is simply the best manicure I have had in a very long time. I would recommend Van and this place to everyone.Service: Men's manicures
