There’s nothing like paying for a service and not getting what you asked for. My pup came back with a choppy, bold hair cut. The picture I showed the groomer was of MY dog so it’s not like I asked for something unattainable. I don’t recommend.

My puppy needed a nail trim and bath. Petco was full but last time they charged me $17. Mudpuppies was $57 plus tax and tip. Way overpriced.

{Read ALL as 5stars are for crew, not management!}
This is an amazing kennel and incredibly clean, omg. Every worker give attention when need and protection when warranted. Amazing crew, very professional when engaging and introducing dogs.
Only lamentation, the night crew is consistently paid for a full 1-2hrs less in wages!!!!!!!!! WHY?!
Can be easily fixed by night crew come in at 12 not 1 and leave accept closing hours.
This is a shift change in fast food industry. Day gets a full set of hours, while night is given a constant less1 hour then behooved to leave earlier. All this is about wage equality!

They usually do a good job, but this last visit they gave my dog kennel cough. I'm disabled, and my dog has only been home and in our walled off backyard for the weeks leading up to, and the week after her appointment.
She started coughing badly all night exactly a week after her appointment at Mudpuppies, so I brought her to the vet and the vet confirmed kennel cough. I called Mudpuppies to inform them and see if they had any safety precautions set in place. They got off the phone with me quickly and claimed they would call back. They never did.
It's killing me hearing her cough and in so much pain. It's heartbreaking!

Historically, with previous dogs, I would give them baths and clip their nails. However, I have an XL-Large, 100 pound beast of a Lab on stilts who isn't fond of new experiences and hates any sort of grooming. She'd rather give me a fat lip than allow me to give her a bath or clip her nails.
The team was amazing with her and while she was ready to get out of dodge when I picked her up, it was clear that she liked the people working with her. I don't know what Brooklyn used to bathe her but she smelled INCREDIBLE. It's been a couple weeks and she still smells good.
Out of convenience, I'd previously taken her for grooming at a national chain and when I picked her up she smelled like a wet dog wearing perfume. Not here, I'm so impressed. We will be back!

Mug Puppies is my favorite place to take my Goldendoodle for grooming and she loves to go to Playcare too! Also boated her there and she is always happy and tired from all of the attention and play while being boarded too!

This was our first time to have a grooming at Mud Puppies. They were so nice and did such a great job on my mini Aussie’s summer trim. He looks really cute and was calm and happy afterwards. Thanks Vic!
