Mr Macias was so nice to take the time to talk to me over the phone and see if it was even possible to fix my tv. We’re going to try his idea to see if it works. It may not be fixable but so nice to have someone be so courteous and try to help before even getting paid. Highly recommend!

Had an old TV I needed to recycle. They were very friendly and great at communicating for a quick drop off. Was planning on going to the Austin recycling center, but the 15 minutes appointment windows were difficult with my schedule being sporadic.

We needed a very specific power cord which I have been searching for TWO YEARS! Mr Macias was the only person who responded to our service request. He was speedy and flexible and communicated clearly, giving us options. Hardworking guy. Thank you Mr. Macias!
