Mishell at Moxie helped us with info to get our house ready to sell. We followed her advice. It was hard work to get an older house ready, but we had competing orders and ended up above our asking price. Mishell was very responsive to our many questions. Since we moved out of state, she coordinated a mobile notary to help us close. And she helped us find a really nice realtor in Maryland who did a great job finding us a house here. I recommend Mishell and Moxie.

This is just a short review. But Justine and Mishell have been tremendous, I could not have asked for a more thoughtful, courteous, friendly, and above all, professional realtor. It's a jungle out there right now ( 2021) but we got through it fantastically. They're just great...

Mishell helped my husband and I find the perfect home for my mom. We had some relatively specific parameters and her knowledge of small towns around Austin, market influences, lending options, old homes, and various other things we would not have taken into consideration was invaluable. Her passion for what she does clearly shows, and we're looking forward to working with her again to purchase an investment property! Highly recommend Moxie Realty!

We had the pleasure of working with Mishell.She helped us with sale our first home and purchasing a brand new home. I was immediately impressed with the staging consultation and real 3D tour they provided. I am positive these things played a huge role in getting our house sold so quickly. From the initial meeting to weeks after closing on our new home, Mishell has been available to answer any questions or concerns we have had. It took us several weeks to find the perfect home for our family of 6. Mishell never once rushed us and even helped carry our baby through many open house tours. We also had the pleasure of meeting Justine, who stepped in to show us a home. These two ladies work seamlessly together. If you're looking for an amazing realtor these two ladies are the best! I can't say enough good things about Mishell. She was truly a blessing for our family!

I can't say enough good things about Moxie. Mishell and Justine are amazing. They are honest and professional and very easy to work with. They helped us buy our first home and we were so happy with them that we went back and had them help us sell that first house and buy an upgrade house. These transactions did not go as smoothly as our first home purchase (through no fault of Moxie AT ALL) but Mishell absolutely went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted and did her best to make everything come together. I really felt like she was on our side all the way and genuinely wanted us to be happy. I don't think we'll move again, but if we do we're going with Moxie for sure.
