I was looking for 2 units ASAP and the customer service was awesome!! . Dee the manager was too helpful, kind, very knowledgeable and willing to help me to got the best unit and rate available. Also the unit is easy to access and clean. Plus the location is super convenient.. Highly recommend!!

Had to get a second unit to store items in an emergency and they came through. It was smooth and fast. I’ve had another unit with them for awhile now and it’s clean and good climate control. A++ service at the office too!

Stored furniture over summer between school semesters. Rates were cheap and facilities were decent. Ladariunta (office manager) was friendly and great to work with.

Would be a higher rating if walk-in was more available. The staff is always friendly and you just have to set an appointment like a doctor's office for a storage unit....

D, the manager is so helpful and patient. He helped me in Dec 2022 to rent a unit and today 5/31/23 to change to a larger unit at Storage Star Mopac.I rented a climate controlled 2nd floor unit from 2010-2018 when they were Mopac storage. I thought my storage days were over in 2018, but no! While I was at this facility I never had any pests or vermin problems. Price is better than most and was also true in Dec 2022.I have been at a number of storage places and my preference is this one.D is great in helping find the unit that is right for his prospective tenants.

We had rented space from them in the past and when as experienced a house fire and inevitably needed a new secure storage space we didn’t hesitate to go back. “D” was professional, welcoming and has a great sense of humor. Thank you, Storage Star Mopac!
