I usually love HEB and Walmart the same but this situation made up my mind for me!My boyfriend went to Walmart yesterday to get a cookie cake for his boss and told them to write happy birthday. The person taking the order wrote "HB" as short hand for "Happy Birthday" and when he picked up the cake today it literally said "HB"When he spoke up about it he was given attitude and told "that's what it said to write" and after working a long ass day he didn't have the energy to ARGUE with someone he shouldn't have to argue with! His order should've been corrected and that should've been the end of it!

While the workers are nice, the store is dirty and disorganized.Outside the store they have a robot surveillance camera that shows you clearly what they think of you-- you're a criminal, you're suspicious, you're untrustworthy -- not them.Best to avoid this store if you have any dignity or self-respect or brain cells.

I purchased a mobility scooter total cost $800.00 I needed to return it for poor padding on seat and not enough leg room. I called Walmart customer service and spoke with a young man who said he would help with return. He mixed up the order and submitted request for return/shipping label to another 3rd party vendor (I found out when they emailed me to say it was wrong merchandise and not theirs. I called Walmart and they sent me to an 'accounts' department who said they would process refund in approximately 24-48 hours, gave me a reference number if I had not heard from them within that time frame. I asked what I was to do about merchandise and lady I spoke with said not to worry about that, they would take care of it. On 3rd day I called, no information on reference number and nothing in regard to my return in the system. I again spoke to a supervisor who said he had no information on my order and that I would now need to contact the vendors and get the equipment back. I explained that I did not feel I should have to do all the legwork on this since I was told I would not have to worry about it and secondly it would not have happened had the young man not made such a huge error. I am adamant that I felt they should assume some responsibility. The man/supervisor gave me the wrong phone number for the vendor (they actually have no phone number) and hung up before giving me corporate number to file a complaint. Today I contacted corporate. Explained EVERYTHING to the first rep I spoke with said he was writing notes to not have to repeat and asked me to hold. Approximately 25 minutes on hold later I spoke with Jalissa who said she saw no notes so I repeated EVERYTHING again and said I would have to ask them to ship back to me and I could take to store myself. I asked if they could send shipping label to vendor and have it sent to them, she said no. I will now have to pay $350.00 to create a shipping label and send back to me PLUS whatever it will cost me to have someone take to store for me (I am disabled). Walmart has refused to accept any responsibility for the error their customer service rep committed. They have no regard for their customers nor in helping with a return for this large sum of money spent at their store. Be careful if purchasing any 3rd party vendor merchandise. This has been a nightmare and is nowhere near over yet.

Absolutely awful place to work and shop. I worked as a team Lead for about 6 months and they were nothing but rude to me. Now that tax season has come, they're also screwing me over by not allowing access to my W2. AVOID!!

This Walmart location located at 12900 N IH35 Austin Tx 78753 is the worst Walmart store in this area & possibly the state... They do not have check out counters open so you have to scan & bag your own merchandise....when you ask an employee why there are no check out stands open they say "people called in sick" they have been saying this for the last 5 months or more....the manager of this store is totally clueless & incompetent because she could at least have her employees answer the question honestly....today i went to do a curbside pick up & when i arrived there were 2 spots left to park in & only 1 employee working & he was working hard...i called for 20 minutes trying to get their phone answered but it would just answer & say...we are too busy to answer the phone hang up & call back....i tried calling the main number for the store & no one answered the phone in any of the 4 departments i chose....management is totally incompetent.....i will never do any more in store visits or curbside visits at this store...my heart goes out to the employees.....

The staff is very helpful and the store is well organized. Moreover, the shopping carts are modern, so no front-wheel alignments needed! Finally, the produce and meats are fresh.

I'm definitely not writing this because I love Walmart, or how they treat their employees. I simply go to Walmart for the convenience like many others. Last night I went to Walgreens to return some items and grab a few groceries for the week. When I got to my car I realized that my keys were missing. I immediately went to the customer service desk and told them that my keys were missing and I needed some help. There were two employees standing there talking with each other off to the corner. One of them asked me what the keys looked like and said she would check in the back. I explained to her that the keys had to have gone missing very recently and quickly because I had only been inside of the store for about five minutes. She went back and looked anyway and of course came back without the keys. I told her that I didn't know what to do and if there was a way to have some employees help me look for the keys as I had all also walked over to the pharmacy area as well as the grocery side. She explained to me that every employee was busy... If you've ever been to Walmart you know that this is absolutely not true. So I took off back tracking my steps through Walmart until I eventually found them. When I was leaving there were two police officers at each entrance who easily could have helped me, there were multiple employees just pacing around pretending to watch the self check out, which we all know they don't walking around aimlessly. Yes I did find my keys, but I was just so shocked and disappointed that they didn't offer any help whatsoever.

For some people this system might be new, need to explain them properly how it work, if they seek help from family members they should not be like- ok u r declined because if u check there is a long que behind and always in pressure to get things faster. Try to understand customer not be stereotype.

Things are rather disorganized and frequently dirty, but it's the closest Walmart to me that truly fits the "Super Walmart" requirements, so at times I come here for things my closer location does not have. However, I don't look forward to doing so.

I usually like coming to this Walmart. Except tonight. Tonight was one of the worst nights I have ever had in Walmart. I literally got profiled because some dumb girl tried to fight me in Walmart. Then when I wouldn't engage in it she told everyone (management staff and security) that I was stealing when I most definitely was not. I had gone in there to get some craft materials to craft some stuff for my dads birthday who is visiting this weekend. When it came time for me to check out. I paid with 100 dollar (completely real -- straight from bank)). But they took one look at me and saw me realizing I am normally pale skin and my nails are fake with my hair in a messy bun black adidas crop hoodie and with Versace sunglasses on top of my head. I very much could have been classified as a "tan Barbie." Just all around not cool unfair to profile me the way they did. First at self check out the manager fondles every single item in my cart. Then he lets me go. Seeing I didn't steal a thing. But then the black security guard stops me and finger effed my stuff too. I told him "I was like bro ur homie in self checkout already did this now I just feel this is harassment and y'all be profiling me.." his reply The rent a cop shook his head at me and then said to me I haven't lived being profiled or wouldn't even begin to understand profiling if it came and said what's up. Then I said I actually replied saying excuse me sir. I do know profiling. I have lived in other places that aren't in Texas. Do you know how many people think we ride horses through drive thrus. That we live in the dark ages still and don't own cars!? Plus I'm pansexual. So please sir let me go bcz now I'm just upset. I guess cuz I pulled the lgbtqia card just prior to pride 2022 he let me goI'm only tan because I work at a tanning salon. You wouldn't buy tanning services or products from some who is white as a ghost right?

This place sucks just as bad as every other Walmart. 40 closed cashier stands, self- checkout only. Just a sloppy mess. Very depressing. Walmart ruined a great business model. I'd rather make Jeff Bezos richer.

AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE HERE IS MESSED-UP. I came 5 times in 2 weeks trying to get an oil change. I had to keep coming back due to wrong information by the staf each time. As of today, after 5 attempts, I finally gave up trying (without an oil change).

I've never had any issues here. Curbside pickup works as intended, inside self check out is fast and easy, and generally the items we buy have been stocked despite pandemic and supply chain issues.

This was the worst Walmart I've been to. Nothing was well organized. Even if you find the right isle, good luck finding the right item in the mess that are on these shelves. Seemed like a crying kid was every 10 feet too which isn't their fault but was incredibly on brand for this location.
