I went this clinic several times this year and I really like doctor NP Emily Liu here. She is so patient and friendly, and willing to explain in details, much better than the primary doctor at ARC. Emily is usually at this site on Wednesday and Friday.

Went to this clinic first time in 2023 and saw NP Emily Liu who is wonderful, patient and empathetic. Went to the same clinic twice this year and saw NP Deborah on both visits. She is rude, impatient and very arrogant! I would avoid going there again if they don’t change the NP.

Was nervous about the bad reviews but the 3 times i've gone here for tests, vaccines, and labs i've been seen right at my appointment time. Fast service. Knowledgeable and nice nurses. My tests were done promptly and efficiently. Will come here for my vaccines and labs from now on!

Not professional. I had covid and went to see this nurse and she gave me covid meds but I got a sinus infection from covid and came back to see her. she just said I had a cold. She tested me for the flu and I blew my nose and cough up phlegm afterwards and she said “I know the test is hard” ? I tried to explain the obvious I wasn’t blowing my nose and cough up phlegm because of the flu test I was doing it because I was sick with this sinus infection which is she was professional enough she would know. Guess that’s what I get for a minute clinic but still rushing someone out, invalidating them , then making them feel dumb about it isn’t a way to run ANY business.

The most rude NP I have ever dealt with. I have insurance but CVS is out of network. I called my insurance company and they told her I was covered out of network. Her tone was horrible. My insurance provider was shocked also. It's fine if they refused to work with my insurance but there is a way to speak to people and this was NOT it.

Received medical attention by a nurse. No real doctor in house. Got charged as a regular doctor visit and received no medication or prescription for my medical symptoms. Not recommended. Nothing against the nurse (she is cool). And to go for a second visit somewhere else.

These folks just don't have enough people working here. I have to use CVS, so I switched to a different one farther away from me (7300 hwy 620) and enrolled in their CarePass program. I get my my prescriptions delivered whenever I can, and the extra drive time is less than the time I spent chasing this CVS.

My mum had a screening here by Emily Liu FNP. She was very patient and kind in answering our questions. She provided very useful and thoughtful suggestions to us. I really appreciate her and would definitely recommend her.

Don't schedule a Covid test at this location! Even though the online system allows you to schedule, they are no longer performing Covid tests here. Not only will the turn you away, they will also tell you there is nothing they can do about the online system or to help you get a new appointment at a different location. No customer service, no accountability, no help here. They told me they closed their drive-thru indefinitely due to staffing shortages. So, no efficiency either.

I went in to pick up my prescription and it was short of what it was suppose to be as prescribed by my M.D. When u asked the Pharmacist, name of Sandra, why, she literally screamed at me!! I have NEVER had a good experience in this Store, and the people who work there have terrible attitudes!!!! Do yourself a favor and go to professionals who work at the Target CBS!!! THOSE women rock!!!!!

Every single time I make an appointment at this location, the wait is an hour at MINIMUM. There's staffing shortage, but this is a disgraceful way to treat people lining up to give you money. Do better Minute Clinic or change your dang name!
