I took my car in for a simple oil change. I scheduled an appointment for 2 PM. . When I arrived, a gentleman took my keys told me to go to the waiting area and he’ll talk to me soon. After two hours of waiting no one came and talk to me. I finally went up to the manager and asked if I could have a status on my car and that I’ve been waiting for two hours. When we went to go talk to the technicians, they had no idea who I was, what my name was, and or where my car was. They finally found my car and told me that they will take care of the oil change and it’ll take another 30 minutes to do so. The people working that day, obviously did not care for customer service and are not worried about their job. The oil change was free, but I do not think I will be going back there due to their customer service. I recommend just going to BMW.

Second mini owner, not much to say about that if you are already a loyalist; you already know how much fun is to drive one. My experience at the dealership has been to say the least excellent! I flew in from Florida to buy a used car. Devin, the sales man could not have been more supportive. From the minute I called to the minute we left. He was truthful, honest and a pleasure to work with. The car is excellent, and the service was even better.!

This was the most amazing car buying experience I have encountered our sales guy Damon was and is the go to guy I can’t say enough about him me and my husband kept saying to our selfs that this was such a smooth experience and we came all the way from Corpus Christi to buy this car for our daughter I love this dealership I’m looking forward to getting me my very own mini I can’t wait my best friend even wants a mini now too 😍😍😍

I've purchased 3 Minis from Damon at Mini of Austin and had a great experience all 3 times. The sales process is great, they understand needing to look, think and ask multiple questions - no rush to buy like you get at most car dealerships. They are very up front about the pricing and any promos running that month.
The Finance Team is great with laying out your options and making sure it works with your budget.
The Service Department is also very helpful and easy to work with. I recently cracked my windshield and they took great care of my Mini and made sure everything was perfect afterwards.
I highly recommend the team at Mini of Austin for your next Mini, they are all very nicely and easy to work with.

Overall good. Damon was great. At the lease signing, there were a bunch of extras offered. Really no explanation, allowed NO time to consider them. These really should be up front as some of the items offered are covered by many insurance policies (ie windshield, wheels etc). so how does one make an informed decision when given 2 seconds to consider 22 additional coverages at a multitude of prices. In my opinion, unprofessional-- should have been offered these prior with time to look at them, consider them and decide which might or might not be needed... and this is why the public general loathes car dealers. Kinda leave there feeling like someone is always out to screw you.

From the start, I could tell that doing business with MINI of Austin was going to be a positive experience. When I first inquired about the car I was interested in, they were very quick to respond, communicated clearly, and were able to set up an appointment that same day after I got off work. When I arrived, I was greeted by Damon, the salesman that I had been messaging; and he was nothing but wonderful. He answered all my questions, was very patient and respectful of my concerns, and even allowed me as much time as I needed to inspect the vehicle (I was even provided water because it was over 100 degrees outside with zero shade). As for the negotiation and trade-in process, the sales manager (my apologies, his name escapes me at the moment) was very friendly, and really seemed to want to give me the best deal possible. I didn't get exactly the number I wanted, but, in the end, I believe what we worked out was more than fair. Thank you for not wasting my time with run-around b.s. What really stood out for me was what happened after the deal was made. Due to the fact that it was late in the day when things were finally agreed upon, the folks that clean/detail/gas up the car were gone, so I arranged to come back on Saturday for them to take care of it. Not only did they do an amazing job of cleaning it up, including doing a beautiful job restoring some faded plastic trim, but they also provided me with a loaner vehicle so I wasn't stuck sitting around twiddling my thumbs. It only took two hours and I was back on the road in my new ride.
Overall, this is the kind of dealership experience everyone deserves, and should I ever be in the market for another car, I hope that I'll have the pleasure of doing business with Damon, and the rest of the crew at MINI of Austin. Kudos!
